Obama Approval 43% & 39% Say He Deserves 2nd Term
UTICA, NY--Herman Cain is now the runaway leader among Republican presidential primary voters with 45%, more than twice that of second-place Mitt Romney (21%). Rick Perry, who led with 41% in late August, has fallen to 7%, and Michele Bachmann, who led in June and July, now gets just 1%.
President Barack Obama's approval rating among all voters is 43%, and the percentage saying he deserves re-election is 39%.
These results are from an IBOPE Zogby interactive poll conducted from Oct. 11-14.
Cain appears to have won support of voters who previously supported Perry or Bachmann. Romney's 21% is the highest we have shown for him in match-ups with the current field of announced candidates.
Republican Candidates (asked only of the party's primary voters)
If the Republican primary for president were held today, for whom would you vote?
Okay! ;-p
I think I've discovered a basic problem with your approach.
I cant get the image of he and Pelosi sitting on a sofa together talking about global warming out of my head.
I agree! What was he thinking!
Now at tomorrow’s debate they need to slam Mitt! Cain better make this his line in the sand debate since he is now close to being the frontrunner. Separate himself from Mitt by going after him...now or never. The others need to leave the 999 alone and also put Mitt on the defensive. If they don’t and continue attack on Cain you have to know the “Elites” are in bed w/ Mitt. Cain needs to make this a break out debate by putting the heat on Mitt...put him on the defensive. Call him out on the Healthcare and his multitude of flip flops. Do it Herman! Before we ever get to “Put the Cain to Obama” we need to have “Put the Cain to Mitt!”
I agree with you. I am looking forward to tomorrow night to see how everyone does.
I have nothing against Cain. Zogby is crap. You are a gullible noob.
Perry came into the race high on the pedestal. Cain was lower on the totem pole to start. Cains happens.
Perry was arrogant and had zero conservative principles and that is why he fell huge. He might be the worst candidate in history. What a title for a fraud.

If you think there isn’t a trend, YOU are the gullible one.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m stalking up on popcorn, this is going to be a hoot!
Go Cain Go! My check is in the mail!
You have to be joking, or you know nothing about polling. This is the same poll that had Bachmann the previous runaway, sure-thing, Tea Party saviour at 34% just 3 1/2 months ago. It was bs then, it's bs now.
I won't have Zogby leading conservatives around by the nose. I - will - not - have - it. Cite Rasmussen, cite WSJ/Opinion, cite even CBS...But Zogby is a fraud.
"Capitol Hill (CNSNews.com) - Following an Election Day prediction that Democratic candidate John Kerry would win more than 300 electoral votes and the presidency, one of America's most well known polling firms continued the job Wednesday of explaining its flawed projection.Shawnta Watson Walcott, communications director for Zogby International, joined a group of liberal Democrats at a faux congressional hearing focused on whether fraud influenced the Nov. 2 (2004) outcome.
"... it has become increasingly clear that this election has produced unprecedented levels of suspicion regarding its outcome, and we join this panel discussion in an attempt to find a resolution to these issues," said Walcott, who represented the firm's president and long time political pollster John Zogby at the forum sponsored by Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee.
On Election Day, Zogby predicted that Kerry would win 311 electoral votes. For much of that afternoon, he also rated the state of Virginia as too close to call. Not only did President Bush end up winning Virginia by 9 percentage points over Kerry, he won 286 electoral votes, over 3.3 million popular vote more than Kerry and, of course, re-election.
But with a Rayburn House Office Building meeting room as the backdrop, Judiciary Committee Democrats, liberal special interest groups and individuals like Rainbow PUSH Coalition founder Jesse Jackson Wednesday alleged that the election had been marred by fraud and malfunctioning voting machines.
Walcott told the group assembled that Zogby International had questions of its own pertaining to the election. -- Zogby Polling Seeks Damage Control After Election Day Flub
Lol ! “Buy voter fraud”...hilarious !
And Cain won’t have to worry about it...he’ll be working at Fox News with Huckabee and Palin...
>> “This is better than I dreamed of. Cain is going to be the next President of the United States.” <<
.
Take out your checkbook and make it happen; he can’t do it without money.
All those “politically correct” voters who wanted to vote for the nation’s first black voter.. got a mulligan ..NOW they can do it.
Vote Herman Cain for USA’s first black president.
Schwartz and Harbaugh are great guys, but Schwartz was so smug at the beginning of the game...
Just watch the leftie media attack a black candidate; its going to be amusing.
>> “You need a new schtick.” <<
.
Do you think this one might do?

I can see the bumper sticker now...
