Obama Approval 43% & 39% Say He Deserves 2nd Term
UTICA, NY--Herman Cain is now the runaway leader among Republican presidential primary voters with 45%, more than twice that of second-place Mitt Romney (21%). Rick Perry, who led with 41% in late August, has fallen to 7%, and Michele Bachmann, who led in June and July, now gets just 1%.
President Barack Obama's approval rating among all voters is 43%, and the percentage saying he deserves re-election is 39%.
These results are from an IBOPE Zogby interactive poll conducted from Oct. 11-14.
Cain appears to have won support of voters who previously supported Perry or Bachmann. Romney's 21% is the highest we have shown for him in match-ups with the current field of announced candidates.

Done - thanks :-)
I’m just helping my good friend, BenKenobi today.
Please add my dear pal and good buddy, Dengar01!!!!
Aw! He’s much cuter than that slimy snail. :)
Did you see where Laz told me I sucked for pinging you to his shenanigans? LOL
It's not about conservatism with them. It's about nominating a man they know will eventually become the colossal failure John McCain was securing a second term for Zer0. Fortunately, Perry's campaign is in a ditch and not going anywhere soon.
Michelle should be Speaker of the House. Really.
Hold on a sec naps. I wish what you said would be true, BUT we have to remember that Cain has to keep the momentum going. As much as I hate to say it, Romney is not out by any means, and Cain needs to win the debate tomorrow. Let’s wait a little bit before we say Romney is done, we’re not out of the woods yet. But, the momentum the Cain train is getting has been increasingly positive.
Cain, not Romney, now the favorite to win the GOP nomination.
The way she was trashed around here lately disgusts me.
You have hit the jackpot.
Obama’s $billions are bribes from special interest groups. There is no way he can collect that much money from the ‘poor’. So how do they believe he is representing their interests????
Cain wants everyone to get on board the American Dream - work and reach their potential. He is the example.
Obama was and remains a ‘kept man’. Soros and his ilk pay him and he does what they tell him.
This is really going to make their heads explode.
Correction, implode. There has to be something of substance inside of a container for it to have the ability to expand to the point of exploding. It is impossible to do with regular air at ambient temperatures.
I will stop my monthly donation now.
It all starts right here:

Heeheehee
Zogby shouldn’t be taken at face value, but I’ve noticed he often picks up on trends. So, the numbers may be off, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see the other national polls showing Cain way out front.
Rick Perry is the Fred Thompson of 2012. Call me a sucker. I bit on Thompson in 2008 and Perry two months ago. Luckily both of them were such sad candidates that they faded meteorically fast. The difference this year is that conservatives can rally on Cain vs Romney instead of having to rally on Romney vs McCain. And there is no Mike Huckabee to cover the flank for the Establishment candidate. If Cain doesn’t self destruct and pays some respect to fund-raising (which he will have no trouble with if he comes out and asks) he can walk away with the nomination. The sooner the Bachmans, Santorums, Perrys and Gingrichs quit the better. If they stay in they allow Romney a chance at delegates in moderate and crossover voting states. If they quit early Cain runs away with it leaving more time and money in 2012 to beat up the real bad guys.
But it looks like most responsible people polled here understand its not about a name but about the most conservative candidate who can win. Its not about Cain but what he represents.
Don’t count your chickns before they hatch. LOL. I would be happy to vote for Cain for several reasons. The most important being he’s not Obama or Romney.
The most frivilous, every time a lib doesn’t agree with his conservative position on an issue, I get to look at them and say well, that’s just racist!. Paybacks can be fun.LOL.
Yep, this will show who truly has the best interests of the nation at heart.
