Just Kristol standing too close to the crack pipe once again. None of these rinos want to admit that the Republican Party is quickly morphing into the Palin /Rubio party and there is nothing at all they can do about it.

I see what you're saying, John, but...

I'll take it all with a big grain of salt. Why?

1. I do not trust a reporter from the NY Times to not put a lot of spin on the story.

2. Whatever Bill Kristol says, he speaks for Bill Kristol, and no one else. And he's very often wrong, whether he's discussing RINOs or Conservatives.

3. I think it's a JournOlist trap to raise dissension in the GOP/Conservative ranks. Just because they were exposed last year doesn't mean they're still not up to it. I would contend that a large number of influential reporters/tv newspeople/driveby media types are still actively plotting for the DNC and Leftism in general.

4. I am not a Cain supporter or Perry supporter, but I will not let the media decide who is a RINO and who is not. Frankly, no one will please everybody. You've got to consider that the ENEMY of the United States and our Grand Republic is the democratic party and modern journalism. I want them both defeated.

Round table on THIS WEEK (ABC) making same ignorant mistake of not understanding economics and hidden/embedded taxes, and the lady guest was worried about cigarette taxes as they discussed Cains 999 plan.

I think even some in the OWS (aka. Flea Party) crowd is starting to realize how extremely politically corrupting the income tax code has become--in my humble opinion, it's the most insidious form of corruption in Washington, DC.

Whether by Herman Cain's 9-9-9 plan, Steve Forbes' 17% no-loophole flat tax, or more radical (but common sense) solutions like FairTax (H.R. 25/S. 13), we really need major tax reform not only to hugely stimulate the economy, but also clean up much of the ethical mess "inside the Beltway."

About three months ago when Palin had still not come out with a decision I made my own.

At that time I decided that WHILE I had candidates I would rather get the nod the important point for me was getting rid of zero and the regime.

I am still glad I went there and remain satisfied with my decision.

Does that mean that I will accept rinoism?, Hell no! But they won't go away tomorrow it will and is taking a while. But make no mistake. This,The Republican Party, is the party of Palin/Rubio and other conservatives first. The Romneys, Newts,McCains and Perrys are outsiders we let in.

Thanks Diog,

I totally missed the first half of the show, but I figured Wally would be in the attack mode.

Meet the Press has Cain on... then the panel dismisses Cain and talks about it being a 2 way race with Romney and Perry. I guess Perry is the new Pawlenty and Huntsman.

MTP with an all-GOP line-up. Interesting. David Gregory will be foaming at the mouth.

I agree 100%. The main problem with RINOs seems to be that they still WANT TO GET ALONG with the dims. They don’t want to defeat them, and we must!

Per threads yesterday, neither Gingrich, Santorum, nor Cain are getting many donations.

Cain’s has become the latest bandwagon on FR. I am still very apprehensive. I am suspicious that Cain will hang on with his shoestring campaign to muck up the primaries for the non-Romneys, sort of like Huckabee did for McCain in 2008. Cain has already been advertsing for the VP slot on Romney’s ticket, and he says he would be anyone’s VP, except Perry’s. Cain apparently sees himself running against Perry rather than Romney — and who did Cain support in 2008? Romney.

The Oval Office should not be an On-the-Job Training Center. For someone who has never won an elective office, that makes Cain the least politically experience candidate on any debate stage.

We are already suffering from one Oval Office resident who had little experience. As nice as it sounds to have a non-politician in the Pollyanna world, politics and politicial machinery runs Washington in the real world.

You Texans have the benefit of watching Perry for many years. Unfortunately, most voters only know him via the last three debates, and the result, especially watching him mentally and physically wilting before our eyes over the course of a 2 hr. debate, has been alarming. Great ads won’t stop folks from wondering if the real, unpackaged Perry isn’t fatally flawed.

I agree with you except after Sarah, I have not made a choice (yet). So I am not for Cain or Perry, or Romney or Gingrich or Bachman or Santorum or even, God bless his heart, Huntsman (LoL)! Did I leave anyone out?

I know I’m damn sick of the press taking sides with a hidden agenda of making all our candidates look bad.

So I see this dark side here as people who have fallen for it—meaning whatever the driveby’s are spinning. And some people here are just keyboard warriors who would not say what they say in a post that they would say to your face.

I always try to remember when I type in a reply that I am speaking to a FRiend that I wouldn’t want to belittle, insult, or castigate. I can disagree but politely. That’s why I try hard to keep flame wars off this thread!!!!

Again, we can agree or disagree, but not be nasty about it.

That's just one problems with rinos.

They are not leaders of the conservative movement and will desert us in a heartbeat. They have a get reelected at any cost philosophy instead of a Tea Party philosophy which is what is good for the country two different worlds.

We don't want them here anymore.

Bill Kristol to a NY Time Reporter telling him how the GOP Establishment plans to deal with “the Tea party mutiny”

So, do we have a Kristol street address that we can supply to the OWS?

Understand completely Morgan and Perry is great. This isn’t about Perry or any of the other Conservatives, it is about beating the Country Club. Last election we ended up in FL with a choice between Romney and McCain because we waited too long.

Pray for America

This is the thing I think Conservatives are missing.

The growth of our out of control Federal Government starts with the implementation of the income tax.

As long as you give politicians a potentially unlimited income stream, as the income tax does, they will find ways to spend it.

We can cut and cut and cut but the spending always comes back. Reagan cut the most of any modern President and the spending came back plus more.

Until you address the revenue side, Federal Spending is not going to be controlled no matter how much any President cuts.

You have to limit the Congress's ability to spend and borrow money (Cut, Cap, and tax) but then you also need to limit it's revenue stream. 9-9-9 does that.

The genius of 9-9-9 is, for the 1st time, there is a leading Presidential Candidate putting out a plan to limit Fed revenue. The key components is the sale tax. By spreading a lower tax burden to all Americans he creates an insurmountable problem for any future tax raises.

How do you convince people to give you more taxes when they personally know they will pay for the tax hike?

See the trick now is Congress can always disguise any tax hike by hiding it inside the overly complex tax code. By tweaking around the edges with the tax code they can gradually and systematically raise taxes with virtually no one noticing.

9-9-9 eliminates that ability to “tinker around the edges” of a mind numbingly complex tax code

Why Pawlenty?

It gives you an opportunity to switch over to an interesting news show.
