Yeah. I’m looking into the farm income stuff. I’m having a builder come by today to get an estimate on a 40x80 steel building with concrete floor.

concrete is really expensive these days
I think I’m going to use concrete pier footings and use pea gravel for the floor of my outbuildings, especially the greenhouse.
Also, don’t forget a rain capture system from your barn roof. A 40X80 roof can capture almost 2000 gals per inch of rain.
