Set up and maintain a “no-fly” zone over all of Iran, keeping the Iranian air forces on the ground.

I actually think this is a set up by the Iranians to provoke a military response so they can try out their new missiles on us (and Israel, of course). Why else would this Texas guy so readily confess that the Iranian government is behind the whole plot. This whole thing stinks in more ways than one.
