Top McCain aide: We might have stripped Palin of office (Palinoia at a Defcon One level!)
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution ^ | October 7, 2011 | Jay Bookman

Nicolle Wallace, White House communications director under President George W. Bush and senior adviser to John McCain, has begun to talk openly about the campaign’s problems with Sarah Palin.

I’m not interested here in rehashing the shortcomings of the former Alaska governor. None of that’s relevant any more, because I doubt she’ll ever again seek elected office. However, I do want to point out a remarkable bit of information that Wallace dropped into a recent Time interview:

“There certainly were discussions — not for long because of the arc the campaign took — but certainly there were discussions about whether, if they were to win, it would be appropriate for her to be sworn in.”

Let’s think about that for a minute, shall we, because that’s one for the history books. Within the upper echelons of the McCain campaign, they talked about stripping the vice presidency from Palin AFTER they had used her to win?(continued)

The couldn’t have done it and according the Black, the discussion never took place. Wallace is just making things up, would be my guess.

You know, I’m as Piissed as anyone at Palin ever since her “dear John” letter to her supporters on Wednesday.

And if I never see her or hear her again, I would be glad.

But this is a flat out lie. Nicole Wallace is an evil woman. This is ridiculous. Leave Palin alone. Let her go back to Alaska with her family, which apparently needs her and won’t let her run for Pres.

Or is this poisoning the well for the future?

Yes. Interesting though; I wonder if this info was supposed to have been published AFTER Sarah declared her candidacy, but it got sent in for publication before Sarah decided against running. This is they type of thing they'd have wanted discussed on all the talk shows while Sarah was running so that they could attempt to deep-six her campaign.

I am confused. If they had such problems with Palin; why choose her in the first place?

It is also interesting that three years later, everyone is eagerly awaiting a Palin announcement regarding the 2012 election, while nobody - and I mean nobody - is showing any interest whatsoever in a McCain candidacy.

Bingo. So many of the media ‘hits’ on Palin over the past three years were noticeable in how calculated they were in their timing, like right after successful speeches or appearances and such.

Mizz Wallace, now that we’ve established what you are, all that remains is at what price?

Wallace may have wished it, but there was NOTHING she could do about it by law. This is just a C-BS lackey running her mouth to trash someone she didn't like.

I wouldn't hire Wallace, Steve Schmidt, or Mark McKinnon for anything. Nor Ed Rollins for that matter.

And Jamie Brazil a McCain Campaign Bigwig is NOW Herman Cains Director of Field and POLITICAL org.

I thought Cain was “just” a businessman. Apparently not.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I’m not sure what your point is. Was Jamie Brazil one of the people who is part of this story?

If not, why can’t Herman Cain hire her. You do know that McCain actually did have some very good people on his staff, Sarah Palin actually hired some of them.

Are you just trying to slam Cain because he’s not your candidate.?

I’d like to know whom you are supporting. I was a Palin supporter and haven’t chosen whom I will vote for. By your attitude (if I’m reading it correctly) I would probably steer away from your choice.

BS. That is a bold-faced lie. Palin was a former Governor. The only question is why is this idiot spewing these lies now?

“What is it about her that drives them mad? Or is this poisoning the well for the future?”

1. They don’t own her. No Keating Five or Bohemian Grove to put a ring in her nose and keep her on the reservation.

2. That too.

See my tagline. The Democrat Party and the GOP are accomplices in creating what we have now. The Democrats rob the bank, the Republicans drive the getaway car. At the end of the day they both work together.

“Well McCain was never going to win because he threw the election and is a bitter and unreliable old fool.”

John McCain died in Viet Nam. What we got back was a husk, largely scraped out and refilled with malevolent conditioning.

That’s why I’m glad the TEA party is in silent running. The SRM can’t identify, locate or focus on a tsunami as it travels the distance: it only manifests when it comes ashore to the ballot box.

I can’t wait for next November’s horrific damage to the left.

Too bad these slims didn't ask whether it was appropriate to swear in Obama, who was less qualified than Palin, and was raised in another country during formative years, and had never had any real executive experience.
