Sarah Palin pledged to stay an active part of the political discussion as she announced she wouldn’t be making a 2012 White House run.
On Greta Van Susteren’s Fox News show Wednesday night, Palin told supporters that she’s sorry if they are disappointed that she passed on the race.
“I apologize to those who are disappointed in this decision,” she said. “I’ve been hearing from them in the last couple of hours but I believe that they, when they take a step back, will understand why the decision was made and understand that, really, you don’t need a title to make a difference in this country. I think that I’m proof of that.”
Palin told Van Susteren that her husband, Todd Palin, heard from some of the GOP presidential candidates since making her announcement at 6 p.m. She did not identify which ones.
Palin added that she considered the thought that, by not running in 2012, she may forfeit any future chance to do so.
Thats the Point isnt it,we all will be Fighting in the Streets,but it will still be America,for what thats worth. Tell that to the Bureaucrat on the Death Panel that tells you to go back to the Shelter and take a Pill. Appeal to the NEW Supreme court of which Obama has now appointed more Left wing justices who Believe the Constitution is no longer relevant.

I love Sarah. I support her decision for a number of reasons and I take her at her word, Trig is only 5 years old. If she would have made it to the WH, that precious little boy would have been subject to an all out tabloid press coverage for 4 years..something no parent would want. Yeah, I know, we rarely hear abiut 0bama’s girls but then, the presstitutes stay far away, as it shoud be.
On top of that, while Sarah has an impressive resume, Herman Cain’s is FAR more extensive and expressive. The two of them are cut from the same cloth, the like each other and bear the same message. Could she be Energy Secretary in a Cain administration? Certainly. I’m putting my energy into a Cain Presidency. LIke Sarah, he makes me smile every time I hear him.
Sarah, I’ve always said I’d support you no matter what. And I stand by that. I wish you and your family well.

Right on. Reagan didn’t quit to make a boatload of money. Palin took the fame and cash and ran...although she did keep her fans on the hook for a bit to stretch out the gravy train.

He engages troops in combat operations without Congressional approval.
He enthusiastically encourages class warfare and manufactured racial tension.
Really, it would take a blatant act of treason to be a worse POTUS than Obama. He has to go. ABO in 2012!
