Racial-Enforcer George Lopez Uses Oreo Argument Against Herman Cain by John Nolte
Is there anything more racist than questioning the very blackness of a black person? What could be more demeaning and insulting and bigoted than implying no, not implying saying outright that Herman Cain is white or whiter on the inside? Its a deliberate attack on Cains very identity, who he is as a man, and it questions his authenticity as a human being.
Theres another word that was designed to have the exact same effect, and it starts with an N.

This ignorant Oreo comment is not effective. Most of the country doesn’t have any interest in these racial stereotypes. All these comments do is reinforce the absolute idiocy of the person hurling them.

There’s a notable difference between the Left and Right in reaction to verbal color and hostility. The Right is generally calm, the Left screams like a hysterical jackass.

Because someone who is the child of a cleaning woman (
The Help) and a chauffeur (
Driving Miss Daisy) is less authentic than someone who is only half-black, was not the descendant of slaves, attended a tony prep school in Hawaii, and then went first to Columbia, then Harvard?
Does that mean we can say Lopez just mopped the floor with Cain?
Cheers!

I lived through that also.
1960s Jacksonville, FL where gas stations had 2 drinking fountains and 3 restrooms, Men, Women and Colored.

After just two seasons in the late-night game, TBS announced today that it is pulling the plug on Lopez Tonight and will not be ordering up a third season.
That edict, incidentally, is effective immediately. As in, it could not get any more immediate.
buh bye!

Herman Cain is funny. Lopez is just funny in an odd sort of way.

I believe these attacks are coordinated somehow. Oreo? How original George. Herman Cain stands an excellent chance now of becoming the next president. A black conservative. The left’s fear is palpable and they’re pulling out all the “outrageous” stops from now until election day.

I can only bear so much of Lopez's humour. In short order, his hackneyed stereotypes become tiresome.

Given that he was irrelevant before his show was canceled I can't imagine why he thinks anyone cares what he has to say now.
BTW...did you ever watch his show? I know I haven't. Apparently no one did.
