So sad! Steve - rest in peace now, your pain is gone now. Despite what the haters say, you have contributed mightily in a positive way to mankind.

Terribly sad news. He completely revolutionized the technology industry no less that *three* times. A true visionary. The very definition of genius - he knew what we needed 4 years before we did.
The world is a better place because of Steve Jobs and it’s worse off for his loss.
RIP, Mr. Jobs.

You have to admit that there is a time and a place for everything. And discussing whether someone is in Hell a few minutes after they died is in poor taste.

Many years ago, niteowl77 and I opted to buy a brand new MacPlus rather than a PC, and we've had a Mac of some sort or another in the house ever since. Steve Jobs' products have served this family well.
RIP, Mr. Jobs.

Rest in peace mr. Jobs. Ya done good while on this mortal coil.
“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future,” he told Stanford University graduates during a commencement speech in 2005. “You have to trust in something: your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.”

May Mr. Jobs
requiescat in pace. His vision and hard work transformed the personal computer world and brought us the iPhone, iPads and iPod Touch and many other devices, and iTunes. He will be missed.

My daughter runs the Apple sales department at a Cal university bookstore and she called me about 10 minutes to tell me. God Speed Steve and thanks for sharing your gift with us...

“Aw, that’s the cute little Mac I used over 20 years ago when I was a graphic designer. Incredible machine when it was first introduced. “
I never owned anything by Apple. Not even an ipod. But I remember the day when we got that little mac for my late grandfather. I played with it a little when it was in my house and wished my Commodore 64 would be able to work like that. Then we got GEOS and a mouse so that it would be like that.

That's, sadly, how he will be remembered. The years from 1977-1984, however ... fantastic. Computing was fun and educational. The Mac ruined everything (and whatever crap they're producing today.)
RIP, Steve Jobs, and thank you for the Apple I and Apple II!

” I grew up with Apple, starting with the Apple II, and owned just about one of every Mac since. My kids were raised on em. And yeah, the kids turned out alright.”
Same with us. Very loyal customers from the beginning. We currently have working in our household 2 ipads, 3 iPhones, 5 laptops, 2 desktops, an appletv. I have felt for years as though he is part of our family. We never missed his keynotes. RIP to a creative genius.

Rest in peace Mr. Jobs. You will be missed. He was a GIANT in the area of computers.
Mr. Jobs will be credited with re-inventing Apple after its low point over a decade ago when he invented the iMac. Later on with the Mac Mini, iPod, iTunes, and iPhone.

Whoa! RIP, Steve.
If you can't appreciate the pure beauty of the violin after hearing this, something's wrong with your ears.Or you can get raw with these strings. Either way, the violin is sweet yet lethal.
Do it!
