If you ask people do they support a jobs plan, most will answer in the affirmative. Ask them if they support a new stimulus, most will not. Ask them if they support half a trillion in new spending, most will not.
I didn’t look at the question specifics yet, but my guess is they just called it “job plan” instead of either a “stimulus” or “spending” bill.
