Do you know any of the facts of the case. If you did you might not be so quick to judge.
The Italian prosecutor of the case is currently under investigation for other cases as being someone who looks the other way when exculpatory evidence comes forward jeopardizing his cases. In this case it was DNA evidence that proved someone else did it.
There were also several credible alibi’s that placed her somewhere else during the time the crime was committed.
IMHO this girl was railroaded into a conviction so the prosecutor could put another notch on his belt.
Guilty or not guilty from what i have read this was one skanky slut party bimbo.
I hope her book is one big FAIL.
If this isn’t a perfect example that they/media and way too many freepers here bought the lies that came out of Italian prosecutors via their media against Amanda and continue to spread them in spite of the REAL evidence that was finally revealed! And the real killer is in jail. Doesn’t anyone read anymore? They resort to just watching the boob tube and mimic what they hear and continue the defamation of two innocent people. It’s no longer a mystery why barry got elected!

Uhummm. Yeah. A careful reading of the history of this case, is what I posted. You left out some significant words. There's a difference.
Of course I wasn't claiming access to court records. Only access to reliable news stories, as opposed to screaming, anti-American sensationalism.
And long as I'm logged in to FR, I want to comment to the ignoramuses on this thread who are imputing guilt to Knox because, they allege, she's some "spoiled little rich girl" who comes from a "wealthy" family.

Do you realize how closely you echo all the MSM idiots who put credence in the Duke-rape story, simply because the young men involved were "rich" and "privileged" ?
Actually, in her case, I’d say that Knox’s good looks worked against her. She was burned alive in the press and by that wacked-out prosecutor precisely because she was attractive. They portrayed her as some sort of super-slut, hosting satanic orgies and such. I just don’t buy it.
Given the known excesses of the prosecutor I think all that came out of his twisted imagination. It’s the sort of thing that -only- gets traction in the press if the gal is attractive. An ugly girl wouldn’t make as believable of a slut.
PNSC, you are right on the money. This may be the most disgusting thread I have ever read on FR. People who seem to know nothing about this case just spouting off on what the media has told them, or based on their prejudices.
