I will agree the prosecution made a weak case, but realistically speaking it absurd to believe she didn’t know more.......also considering it was later revealed she bought home one of the murderers, that she would blame someone else is bizzare......she was hardly the shrieking violet, by all accounts she was a two bit slut.

Wanna bet? How about I keep you up all night, interrogating you for 14 hours at a stretch, 53 hours total in four days, in a language that you barely speak, with no translator, then cherry-pick some of what you said and release it to the media?
I'm surprised they didn't get her to falsely confess. There was a case in San Diego a few years ago where they interrogated a kid and actually convinced him that he'd murdered his sister. Completely destroyed him. Then they caught the guy who really did it. Oh, sorry, kid.

Hey, genius, this was an appeal. She was ALREADY proven guilty in a court of law.
That's pretty much the point.
Anytime parents foot the bill for their children to leave hearth for college, the kids are released to explore being unleashed. Hell, though my wife and I were paying the bills, we were not entitled to so much as a semester grade report from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Mom and Dad can do only so much. Knox's parents have paid . . . or somebody funded . . .for sending their daughter to Italy. And somebody is paying to fly her home. Who?
