Herman Cain to meet with Donald Trump (What the heck is this, the Presidential Apprentice?)
The Hill ^ | 09/26/2011 | Alicia M. Cohn

Businessman Herman Cain is the next Republican presidential candidate in line to meet with business magnate Donald Trump.

"Yes, it's true," Cain tweeted Monday. "@THEHermanCain will sit down with @realdonaldtrump in NYC on October 3."

According to Trump, all of the GOP candidates have reached out to him for his support in their presidential campaigns. Cain, fresh off a high-profile straw poll win in Florida over the weekend, is the latest member of the field slated for a meeting with Trump.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry met with Trump in New York City two weeks ago and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney had a meeting with Trump planned for Monday afternoon. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) reportedly met with Trump earlier this year.

Trump has said he is still considering jumping into the race as a candidate himself and could run as an independent if he doesn't like the eventual nominee.

She was supposed to meet him last week. There was nothing more reported.

If I ever met the Donald, I'd smack him on the top of the forehead just to mess up his "do."

These Republican candidates going out of their way to kiss up to a buffoon like Trump reminds me of the same sort of crack-kissing homage that Democrat candidates pay to "Rev" Al Sharpton.

Cain spent more than half the meeting imploring Trump to get more comfortable with being bald.

Here is another poll you can vote on for Herman Cain! It’s Bill O’Reilly’s poll.

Ever notice posting on FR is a lot like texting.

You start, and then you make a bunch of typos.

At least how it works for me. :)

It bothers me greatly that any GOP candidate seeks an audience with Trump.

Why is a decent man like Cain meeting with that slimeball Trump? Just ignore him, I say.

Exactly! It was just a trick to give Zero some cover and shut up all the birthers with the phony document that the WH produced. Trump is a Rat plant.

Good thing Jim Rob and FR crew don't put a tax on typos. If the DUmp did it however they would be 'evil rich' via their dummies who just can't spell, period! Actually if the DUmp did a 'fair spell tax' many dummies would just jump that ship of fools instead. Tax something more and get less of it. Not a bad idea when it concerns the DUmp however.

That is my take on it also.

That Birth Certificate Obama produced should in itself, be enough to impeach him,if only the Supreme Court and a few Congress critters had the balls to pursue it.

Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin are both pro-gun.

Cain flunks the gun rights test.

Although Cain says he supports the Second Amendment, in the next breath he says he fully supports any and all state gun control/prohibitions.

That is like supporting federal rights for women and blacks, but allowing women and blacks to be slaves if the state laws permit them to be slaves.

I will not support any candidate who allows, and favors, individual states to outlaw guns, or to take away womens voting rights, or to allow slavery, or to prohibit free speech, etc. .
