Do you believe in common sense or words games about the abuses of drugs that has absolutely zero to do with how much it costs or whether it is legal?

No, because what’s espoused as “common sense” is demonstrably UNcommon.

“Common sense” and the “War on Drugs” surely don’t equate.

Why are you against protecing innocent people from asset forfeiture laws by granting them due process of law?

Because it would cut into your profits?
