Awesome. I still have my Cain pin from the 2004 Senate primary. We got Isakson instead. I showed it to Herman at the GA GOP convention early this Summer, pointing out that not all of us were Johnny-come-lately Herman Cain supporters. He liked that quite well.

All this poll tells me is that people’s favorite candidate is “none of the above.” In Iowa, it was “Bachmann’s the one!”... then it was “Perry’s the one!”... now it’s “Cain’s the one!”... until the NEXT “one” comes along.

The only consistent (which I’m glad to see) is that the establishment candidate (and wannabe establishment candidates) are failing to click.

I am at a Holiday Inn in Northern Kentuck right now. The only folks in the breakfast are 4 gentlemen, one who is black.

They are talking about Cain as I grabbed some coffee to sip while FReeping.

The black gentlemen was using words such as “transcends the lines” and “look where we are at now”.
