He could by me.

Under no circumstances would I vote for one of the Romney/Perry twins.

Santorum ain’t going anywhere indeed, but he was the only one who defended a controversial non-pc position.

I hope they keep asking about the amnesty question at every debate so Perry will look more like the lying idiot that everyone discovered that he truly is.

I didn’t think the Texan stumbled. I like Santorum a lot, on paper, but he is not verbally feisty enough to take the presidency, I think.

The GOP insiders are still hoping for a Christie type to enter as a backup for Mitt, but all the stop-Sarah conservatives they lured into the race or who otherwise got their are falling short. Santorum bizarrely becomes their next best hope.

santorum’s not going anywhere.

Agree. He seems really angry lately, which doesn't help his case.

Santorum’s not going anywhere.

He comes across as a whiner.

It doesn't matter what the reality is; his demeanor is offputting.

I can see why he lost his last election.

Rick Santorum, seems like a very nice fellow with strong values and faith. The one item that I can't overlook is his neo-conservatism. He would keep sending our troops into “undeclared” wars and keep them in these Godless foreign entanglements for ever.

In the twilight of my life, I find myself becoming more and more a Fortress America type. We need to get our military out of the mid-east and many of the other places around the world. The people we say we are helping in the mid-east will return to their tribal hatreds and blood feuds the moment we leave, either today or another 10 years from now.

Rick is just wrong on that issue and it is an important issue enough for me not to support him, nor any other candidate that would send our troops into combat without the Constitutionally required Declaration of War, initiated by Congress and signed off on by the President.

More than you probably wanted to read, but felt like getting it off my chest since you believe Rick isn't going anywhere anyhow. Thanks for allowing me to vent. /;->
