Sarah Palin obviously isn’t even a declared candidate, but according to a new national poll she’s not only still well within the fray, but gaining speed:

I don't know that "a large number of conservatives" don't want Sarah to run.

If she gets in, we'll look into that and go from there.

That's what the primary election is all about, answering the question: "Who do we want to run?"

What's even more humorous to me is the internals of the poll show independents breaking for her big time, the very ones we have been slavishly told by too many on this forum that will never vote for her.

I've maintained that it is the independents that Palin appeals to along with disaffected Democrats and Republicans. If anyone ever had a chance to run as an independent candidate and win, it is Sarah Palin. Hopefully, Republican primary voters will recognize what a treasure they have in Sarah Palin and get her the nomination. Status quo politicians in both parties won't like if but Effff 'em.
