A KX125, for example, isnt going to do 60 any time soon. No problem with the right gearing same as my KTM. The KTM has 34 crank hp (DIN) and the KX similar. That's considerably more than is required to overcome wind resistance and frictional drag. Scooters with far less hp routinely go faster.
