IIRC, the top speed of a KX125 with stock gearing is about 50. So, no.

People change gearing all the time including me, today. Whether I'm riding tight trails or wide-open desert makes a huge difference to final drive ratio. On the KTM 125, the top speed would range between roughly 50 and 70 with the sprockets I have. I am not suggesting that these people today were on dirtbikes; I said nothing about that.
