Apparently, Hillary did them a lot zoning favors, allowing the to have a complete hold over their neighborhood, so I am told from people who live near there.

I was raised in Flatbush So was I!
A wonderful neighborhood, and the heart of Brooklyn, at one point in history.
You got that right!
I've been gone a good long while, but it had started changing even before I left. Sad.

Queens precinct results are slowing way down, and Weprin is ahead of Turner in Queens by 51/49$% -— looks like the demoRAT dead people votes are starting to come in.

I saw this somewhere. If Brooklyn and Queens go GOP, Obama is flat dog toast. As well he should be.

Woohoo! Shall we celebrate already? :-)

I did for a number of years. It taught me that I didn’t need the city, so I moved somewhere less expensive with lower taxes, more freedom, and better weather.
My mother is moving down with us from Manhattan and as soon as that’s done, I’ve told everyone that I’m only returning to NY for funerals.

AP: FLASH: AP is not ready to call this race yet. That always means their projections show the GOP candidate winning.

I have ancestors from Brooklyn, back in the 1820s or so, when it was mostly Dutch. I have a couple of letters referring fondly to the old neighborhoods there.

From one of the Politico jerk's Twitter feed:
Turner's people have informal numbers from more than half of the precincts that make them extremely confident.

1/3 in. Up 4%
Might not be enough. The general rule is that the Dems can cheat up 5%. If it is closer than that they will "Find" the necessary votes.
