Perry’s an idiot, huh? OK, we get your point. You posted this thread and are all over it with your concern for poor little Ron.
Look. Perry showed real leadership last night with his direct approach. If that offends your sensitive feelings, then too bad.

If Perry WAS threatening Ron Paul, and there’s no real evidence he was, he has plenty of reasons to.
In other words, if he was going to kick Paul’s ass, Paul started it.

Yep...
I say bully his ass off.
And bully the crap out of Washington, too.
Bully the absolute HELL out of ‘em if it takes it.

Oh, I SO forgot about that.
Perhaps this photo is where Perry is taking Paul to task for that slimy despicable action.

Maybe so.
But not if you were Ron Paul and he was Rick Perry.
And I guess that puts it all in perspective.

Exactly! Paul has people running ads in Austin asking for anyone who slept with Perry?! That's personal as it gets. Perry has a wife and children and that is low class. Paul could have called the guy and said "pull that ad now".
I don't hate Ron Paul, he has a few decent ideas and his son seems solid, but you wanna pull that crap and Perry has every right to confront him.

Funny none of this was mentioned last night and if it had really been an issue those MSNBC talking heads would have gladly pointed it out.It happened last night on the break while the cameras were not rolling, but the news media was taking stills. Ron Paul did mention it on his newsfeed. But what's he supposed to do? Yell, "Waaa! Rick Perry grabbed me on the break", instead of making use of the time allotted him to talk about his own policies? No. Drudge picked up the Ron Paul news feed and found the photo showing it.

Bless your heart. You must not remember the overbearing DEMOCRAT climate of Texas State Politics during the “Reagan Years.” .

Look at Ron Paul’s face. That’s not the face of a guy being threatened, its more like he’s listening.
I know a few guys that would make that gesture while telling a joke.

Perry (in a calm voice): “Ron, listen you sumbitch, if you EVER attempt to embarass me, my wife, or my family ever again, with even the suggestion that I’ve ever been unfaithful, which I have not, I swear to God, I’ll kick your ass”.

Doesn’t matter. I think Reagan ran for POTUS after switching parties, sooner than Perry is now.
