I think you are right. And any seniors who use logic (conservatives) instead of emotion (liberals) will agree and realize that their payments will continue but dramatic alterations will be needed for future generations.
Romney trying to take the high road by not piling on Romney over Gardasil. Deflects conversation back to obama.
Bachmann and now Santorum hitting great points on parental rights...and an “opt in” as opposed to do an Executive Order opt out option.
Romney defending Perry on the vaccine issue. Romney—the President is a nice guy!?! WTF!?!
Perry “gets it” on SS. Even elderly “get it” by now. He didn’t alienate anyone, but gained a whole slew of younger voters.
Cain’s not getting equal time. I had looked forward to hearing more from him.
Getting awfully tired of Morris and Rove. Need some new pundits.
This is attack Perry night, like he said he feels like piniata
Romney did okay during the 2008 debates. It didn’t help his candidacy, though. I expect his campaign to follow the same downward trajectory in ‘12.
An “opt in” makes no sense on vaccinations. The point of vaccinations are meant to be given to most people, or it won’t work.
And there was legislation. The executive order was pursuant to a vaccination law that the legislature wrote, that gave the right to the executive to determine which vaccinations needed to be given.
Santorum defended the creation of Homeland Security, against the Perry book charge that the department was a mistake.
At the time, it may have looked like a good idea, but I can’t believe anybody is going to defend it now, given that it overlaps existing departments.
Santorum taking issue with the Gardisil vaccine order. Says should have had an “opt-in”, not an “opt-out”.
Romney trying to redirect debate.
Says Obama doesn’t have a clue how to get this ocuntry working again.
Newt holding forth on national security issues.
Romney: this President is a nice guy, he just doesn’t have a clue how to get this country running (paraphrase)
Uh...NO, he is NOT a “nice guy”.
“Is rove a romney backer?”
IMHO, almost all of Fox wants Romney. All of Fox despises Palin. Fox women are catty about both Bachmann and Palin.
Ditto
Romney, BO doesn’t have a clue about how to get this country working!!!
Can you think of any SANE reason the Republican’ts would agree to MSNBC hosting this debate???
Rick Perry, Newt and Cain to me are the only REAL suits in this debate.
“Is that right? Is rove a romney backer?”
Helloooo, it’s Mitt’s “turn”!?!
And, FWIW, my bunch is Newt is on board.
Romney: this President is a nice guy, he just doesn’t have a clue how to get this country running (paraphrase)
Uh...NO, he is NOT a “nice guy”.
did he type that with his toes? LOL
