Public polls are meant to influence and are very different than internal polling. And FReepers know that.
Try responding to the statement I made, rather than your own train of thought.
Bottom line: take all of the polling data you see with a generous grain of salt. Don't rely on that data as your sole source of information to gauge voter sentiment. Polls should be just one of several metrics you use to take the pulse of the public.
Time and time again, they've proven to be unreliable for the purpose of predicting winners and losers this early in a primary. That said, they are VERY useful for the purpose of steering voters' perceptions of candidates.
