Just got back from an overnight stay at the sleep clinic - sleep apnea - looks like I'll have to start using a CPAP machine.

Wonder whatz up with all the cases of sleep apnea? Seems more and more people are having trouble sleeping. could it be because more allergies? How long on the machine?
