Wonder whatz up with all the cases of sleep apnea? Seems more and more people are having trouble sleeping. could it be because more allergies? How long on the machine?

Was on the machine from 1:00 - 5:00 am. The tech said I was in deep sleep during part of that time. Don't usually make it to deep sleep. I guess I'll be using the machine in the future.
