Palin: theres room for more (audio) September 2, 2011 By O.Kay Henderson 4 Comments As former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin walked in the front door of The Machine Shed restaurant in Urbandale, Iowa, this evening, a reporter asked Palin what she thought about the current field of GOP presidential candidates.
Happy with the field of candidates. I always think that theres room for more, though, because spirited debate and more competition will allow an even better discourse and a more rigorous discourse that the public deserves, Palin said.

“How about she shut her mouth up.......”
#####
Agenda revealed.
No need for further discussion with you.
It depends on who makes up the “more.” I’d like to see the progressive/establishment vote sharply split throughout the primaries. I’d like to see a strong candidate emerge on the Tea Party/conservative side. I don’t much care who that candidate is, Bachmann, Cain, Sarah. All of them can beat Obama.
Care to show me a definitive example of Palin yanking anyone’s chain? We are not yet close to the end of her “stated” timeframe for announcing, ergo your and others simmilar assertion fails on it’s face.
Seems to me you’re the one who brought her up. Maybe you should shut your mouth until she decides if she is going to run.
It doesn’t take courage to announce and I haven’t seen much campaigning going on.
VR, on that day, FR will be a better place. The PDS is nauseating.
Really ! It isn’t Sarah who is ‘delaying’
Sarah is following her own timetable. Sorry if that doesn’t suit some freepers or the press.
Without declaring or running, she still sucks all the air out of the room and gets all the attention.
Ha!
I’ve always been a big fan of Palin. But she’s turning into Fred Thompson.

Thanks, that gives me the GGG Digest quote for this week!
So what makes you think she will terminate her association with Fox before she makes her announcement. I personally would think she would play it the other way around, as a footnote.
What a potty-mouth hillbilly you are.
If you're so smart, why ain't you running for President?
The longer she delays announcing her candidacy, the longer she keeps the ruling-class RINOs, state-controlled media, DemocRAT and Republican opponents, etc. in complete and total disarray.
Why should she give up her strategic advantage?
To make it "fair" for the RINOs and 'Rats?
Palin is coming, and the Tea Party is coming with her.
When she resigns from Fox will be the sign she’s getting in the race. Newt and Santorum were forced to resign by Fox well before they declared.
The only ones really desperately whining for her to announce are you "avowed" Perry supporters out of fear she will run.
“Perry last week: I want Washington as inconsequential in our lives as possible. Gotta say, quote B is the spirit of the times IMO.” I agree, but think that Bachmann’s views are even more clear on the matter of limiting the role of government.”
BUMP
You say, “...its time to make up her mind so that we can get down to the business of picking our candidate without all this distraction of someone else jumping into the race.”
I’ve been looking at all the candidates since they’ve declared their candidacies as they’ve declared them. Some of them, such as Pawlenty and Huntsman, have been non-starters, and I’ve even given them both the benefit of doubt and a thorough vetting. It’s not going to exhaust me intellectually to repeat the process. If I have someone I favor now and someone else jumps into the race, I will compare and contrast the two, and it won’t be a distraction to me. Rather, I would welcome the opportunity.
The party does have deadlines for entering the race. I believe Oct. 31 is the last date to be on the debate list for New Hampshire.
Yeah, you’d love her to jump in now so as to take attention away from Perry’s decidedly mixed record.
No, thanks.
You have no clue what you or John Fund is talking about:
Mr. Fund is helping Bachmann write her new book coming out...no bias there
Why would Sarah blast crony capitalism today in her speech as previewed by some reporters and then turn around and support a man that has issues of crony capitalism
Sarah already told Greta a few weeks ago that there us nobody out there that she could endorse and that was with Perry running
