Then don’t be coy, announce already!!!!! I agree that it looks like she’s running, but she has not yet announced and she’s got a lot of work to do. It might be worth it to get in and start working to overcome the (false) negative impressions.

That’s a thought. It better fits her own timeframe because she said if she were to run, the end of Sept is the drop-dead date.
