I have a few problems with Perry, but he DOES support Israel, and even received an award for his support.

And yet, questions on Islam should be asked at the next GOP debate, and certainly at the presidential debates whoever the candidates are.

Getting this country out of debt and employed again is never going to happen if Islam takes over. Let’s not fool ourselves — if sharia becomes the law of the land you can kiss it goodbye for good.

Seen any first world muslim countries lately?

IMHO...

America is not ready for the truth yet.

Real conservatives - real Americans, really - understand the islam problem and know what to do about it.

Republican establishment candidates are completely worthless because life is a compromise to them. They do not understand the islamic invasion. They do not care about it. They just think they need to be elected. They are not much different from Democratic machine candidates.

Hi all you Perry cult members.

Palin supporter here. I’ve just decided to visit here after reading this thread:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2771806/posts?page=32

This is my first anti-Perry post. It is a direct response to being told by someone on that (Palin) thread, that supporting Palin on a Palin thread is in the alleged mind of the accuser, makes Palin supporters “trolls”.

Now I’m usually pretty reasonable. I actually like Perry, but fair is fair.

So here I am. To start my first anti-Perry post I’d like to strongly complain about an allegedly conservative, limited-government governor subjecting innocent young school girls to FORCED MEDICAL PROCEDURES.

Does this make you, who support Perry proud?

OK bye for now. Thanks for your time.

From the article:

And Perry’s stance on other Islam issues speaks for itself. When Perry was questioned about building a mosque near ground-zero in New York, for instance, he said, “To build a mosque near Ground Zero would be insensitive to the victims and families of 9/11 and would make the healing process much more difficult for everyone that was touched by this tragedy. I’m a big believer in freedom of religion but believe it would be best for all involved to put the facility elsewhere. However, zoning is a local responsibility and as a staunch supporter of the 10th Amendment, I do not think the federal government should take steps to intercede or overrule the wishes of local residents. The citizens of New York City will decide the fate of this building.”

I believe that any person who acknowledges the Koran as their law cannot acknowledge the USA Constitution as the basis of law applying to them. The Koran is the head of the Muslim Trojan horse being in the USA.

Man, I hate politicians.

Especially if they hang out with any kind of Satan worshipers. (Muslims)

READ the guidelines for the Curriculium to be taught about Islam (Muslims).. I agree 100% that the History of Islam (From Mo to current times SHOULD be taught at all educational levels, in every state of the Union) BUT THE CURRICULUM THAT TEXAS IS TEACHING IS NOT FACTUAL - BUT A DISTORTION OF THE FACTS..PROBLEMS CANNOT BE CORRECTED IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE “TRUE” HISTORY OF THE PROBLEM..STOP THROWING CONTINOUS ROSE-PETALS AND STATE THE FACTS...WOODROW WILSON HAS LEFT THE HOUSE...

“What is more disturbing is the claim, nearly all of it originating from one source, that Governor Perry is supported by CAIR.”

One source, it seems, is plenty for the anti-Perrys to grab on to and run with. And could be any Leftist/conspiracy garbage on the Net.

Just as the fact that Texas pro-life groups giving high marks to Perry for his pro-life stance “proves” that Perry is actually not pro-life, so his receiving the Defender of Israel Award for 2009 “proves” that he’s an enemy of Israel.

In the twisted logic of the anti-Perry fanatics in FR.

“....the responsibility of guarding our nation’s priceless heritage of liberty against the assaults of Islamic fascism.”

.
What are you talking about? Very few politicians show any evidence that they are even concerned with the rapid growth of Islam in this country.

Remember the POTUS who coined the infamous phrase that “Islam is a religion of peace” and the thunderous applause he received for it? Do you see any evidence in our political concept of Islam that things have changed since the day that inane statement was made?
