Yea wouldn’t you have loved to have gotten in at 10 bucks a share and had bought 2500 shares?

That day has finally come...

Jobs has managed to make Apple the biggest most profitable company in the world. He leaves on a high note.

Watching ABC right now with paraphrasing. 5.76 in 1986 a share to upper 370’s now. That’s a pretty good stock.

I share in your prayers for Steve and his family.

When they announced his resignation as CEO on FOX, the photo they dispayed was of a very gaunt, ill person, in my opinion.

wow, I really got hit by the homosexual advocates here!

But all I will say its very prophetic that a notable homosexual is running apple! Tim cook is not one to be reckoned with and he will certainly help the homosexual agenda move forward! Maybe you guys could get barney frank to help him. ha ha

More framework for the antichrist!

Without the vision of Steve Jobs, the world of technology would be in a much different state today. Sure, some of the technologies such as MP3 players and smart phones would exist, but their would be no standard of excellence of design, UI and integration.

I wish him well in both his health and any future ventures. Also best of luck to Tim Cook to lead Apple in the right direction.

.........but Windows rules 92% of the World, and rightly so. I like Macs. I would never own one. However, I fully respect Steve Jobs.

Yes his is indeed a remarkable story. It is the other Steve, though, Steve Wozniak, who was and is my own inspiration.

Hoping Mr. Jobs finds peace somewhere along the difficult path that lies ahead for him.

Don't attack people!

Kinda wish on FR as a whole this was generally modeled, followed, and enforced. An idea and debate forum free of personal attacks. FR would be a nicer place.

God bless you Mr. Jobs. You’re a smart, talented guy...I hope you’ve got the Peace of Christ in your heart.

Mr. Jobs professes to be a Buddhist. ( not that there's anything wrong with that). We should hope he's stockpiled good karma in this lifetime so he doesn't come back as a lesser being (or an Android programmer).

When I saw that and did the math I was amazed he had fought this for so long. I’ve had 2 family members with it and both went rather quickly. Good for him, and my prayers for his family and for him. And prayers for a real cure one day.

LOL...how sad. I convinced my wife to buy $5000 worth of Apple stock when it was $12.50 a share. I just wanted it because I liked their products.

She sold it when it hit $25 a share. I would still have it today, because I would have never sold it. That’s just me. She is much more steely-eyed about that stuff.

Sob...oh well, water over the dam.
