I think MN could probably rival them in the mosquito part.

Minnesoooooootans tell me that theirs are like dive bombers. :)

I’ve never been there so I have to take their word for it. LOL!

It’s been so dry here in Texas that I’ve only been bitten by
one mosquito this year.

Minnesota mosquitoes are relentless: about two weeks ago I was outside talking to a neighbor as we cleaned up branches after a storm at twilight (mosquite prime time).

In half-an-hour I suffered twelve mosquito bites on my left triceps between my short-sleeve shirt and the elbow: and my wife gave up counting after twenty-two on my legs (despite five confirmed-by-blood-smear hard kills by swatting).

You need to get yourself a swarm of the mosquito’s natural predator: The Dragonfly.

In order to attract a swarm of dragonflies, you need milkweed or wild mustard.
