He was never a sure thing regardless of what he did. I think you mean recount, right? And what I think happened is she held back 14,000 valid votes so the leftscum would miscalculate the level of fraud needed to steal the election, and then after it was too late for more fraud, she sprung them on the scum. And yes, the leftscum in Wisconsin are that dirty. At least.
