Only two ratings from 1956 to 1959?
Those are his only recorded qualifications.
So are you asserting that Carlos Hathcock was the author of Kill Zone?
No and I'm not and I'm not sure where you arrive at that conclusion. Craig Roberts was author of "KILL ZONE: A SNIPER LOOKS AT DEALEY PLAZA" and Carlos Hathcock is quoted in said book. It's an attributed quote.

Carlos Hathcock is quoted in said bookSo, in other words, we are supposed to just take Craig Roberts' word for it that Carlos Hathcock used the training grounds at Quantico for his own personal amusement?
Frankly, that seems out of character.

Interesting point. The DemonRats certainly had good reason to want to see Wallace dead or incapacitated. The thing about Ray that always struck me is that, viewing the matter logically, racist or not, he was about the
last person to want to kill MLK and, indeed, the last person to have any use for a $300 hunting rifle. After all, the only practical criminal use for such a weapon is assassinating somebody. A petty criminal on the run, like Ray, needs functional pistol so he can knock over gas stations and convenience stores. Such a man also needs to keep a low profile, the very thing that wouldn't happen if he murdered the nation's foremost civil rights leader.
The only logical conclusion, therefore, is that somebody hired Ray as a hit man, equipped him, provided him false identification, and financed his international flight. Then the same somebody provided him with an attorney, the Texan Percy Foreman, who deliberately punted the case and got Ray locked up and silenced for the rest of his life. All of that points inexorably to LBJ, especially because the MSM never found any Klan or other conspiracy.

An attributed quote in a published book is a lie? It happens I guess. Reproducing one of the most infamous assassinations in American History hardly sounds like “personal amusement” and more like a very good counter sniper training exercise. He was a trainer after all. This book was also released years before Hathcock died and he would have been glad to “correct” a lie told about him.

You are missing the point. I recalled my father telling me that at the swearing in, he saw the look in his eyes and knew LBJ had something to do with it. That’s one man’s opinion, a little girl’s memory.
You present one still photo, one of many images around that time - 50 years ago. That is only one fact. But it is not the only fact. Unfortunately, my father is no longer alive to clarify what image or images he saw to draw that conclusion.
What I object to is the innuendo that my father was lying about what he saw and so was I in my recollection of his words. I stand by my father and my recollection.

People, people, people......
Please don't fall for this left-wing meme. Kennedy was killed by one of their own, Oswald, who was a Cuba loving, commie thug/fanatic (redundant, I know). The left/liberals needed to start this conspiracy-theory crap to try and blame anyone else for the "fall of Camelot" - and help keep that myth alive at the same time. Let's all try and see it for what it is and not help them keep this BS spreading.

The thread you pinged to yesterday was pulled [admin mod-—”No thank-you”]. We will try again.
Note this post url on interview with LBJ mistress. There was also a book that was recommended on yesterday’s thread, but it was pulled before I could make note of it.

You guys are as easily debunked as Global Warming. Two words. Ice Age. In fact two of them.
Two words for you. Magic Bullet. In fact two of them.
You live in La-La land if you believe either one of them.

I'd say Jackie had more of a motive.
No telling what Johnson would have said if he'd lived longer, but Lady Bird had more class than Jackie, and wouldn't have been recorded spreading rumors.

Care to explain the Magic Bullets, You could just quote Arlen Spector if you choose, But I happen to know when a bullet goes through two people breaking bones on the way, it does not wind up on stretcher with out a mark on it.
Happy Birthday!
