A shocking video has been released allegedly showing police officers tasering and beating a homeless man to death who they claim was resisting arrest.
Though the video is not clear, eye witnesses say the homeless man - Kelly Thomas, 37 - was unable to put up any resistance and was lying on the ground on his front when the attack took place on July 5.
His screams and cries for his father can be heard amid the tasering noises.

This is part of the wonderful workers paradise that public sector unions have brought to America. The municipality probably will not want this mob, especially when they get the bill, but good luck to them shaking any of them off.
Before long, many socialists will be unemployed and looking for opportunities to invade and rob. Think about it.
Avoid buying anything that you don’t need. Become more self-sufficient each month. Secure your homes with cameras, software motion detection, remote server resources (for auto-uploads of incriminating videos of home invaders), lights, whatever your imaginations can provide and other defense training, equipment and plans (emphasis on training and endless repetitions in training). Avoid placing any lethal booby traps, because those can cause harm to your relatives, friends or other innocents.
If you open the original article you will see that is a link to another story about another beating.
If there’s been “tort reform” in that State, the father should not bother with “passing out flyers seeking answers.”
Once again, it’s just that 98% who are bad apples making the other 2% look bad...
watch the video
The "us against them" mentality is very strong among LEOs
This “gentle giant” was convicted for assault with a deadly weapon.
Excuse me, not “gentle giant”...
but rather this “’very quiet and polite’, ‘gentle and childlike’, ‘sweet’, and ‘never a threat’” person was convicted for assault with a deadly weapon.
“Yup! Mean, huh?
This SWAT team shoots this familys vicious CORGI.
Oh, but they did confiscate a pot pipe, yup! The boy seen in the video is SEVEN years old:”
I’ve said it before - the only thing our society seems to value anymore is money. So, the city needs to get sued to the point that they become uninsureable, and the NEXT time it happens, the people living there might be looking at a few extra hundreds of dollars of taxes over the next 20 years. A few “examples” like this will end this kind of behavior very quickly. the law profession could actually redeem itself to a degree by taking up this cause.
Those injuries to the pigs was probably the result of out of control clubbing frenzy by other pigs. Homicide, clear and simple
To remind the Reagan and Bush haters, this particular kill happened on Obama’s watch.
What is going on with the cops and why are we all of the sudden hearing so many stories about them?
99 percent of cops are enforcers for the police state and nothing else.
A friend and his brother were recently traveling a remote road in NE Washington state in a Diesel pickup.
A state cop pulled them over after they had driven up a hill and the Diesel had smoked as they always do when under load. He ticketed them for “excessive smoke” and told them that they have “a bad gasket”. I guess he was trained to be a Diesel mechanic when he went to cop school.
The temp was in the 90’s and he made them sit in their truck with the engine and AC off while he sat in his car with the engine and AC on.
The citation was for $550 and he advised them it would be easier to pay it than fight it in court.
They’ll be going to court.
A$$hole!
‘Roid rage and Black Rage have nothing on Doughnut Rage. Damn LEOs. There are almost as many bad LEO articles as ones on female teachers raping students. Doomed... DOOOMED!!!!
Watch out. I was suspended from FR (temporarily) for a similar true comment. There are a lot of bootlickers on FR, and they will probably be along soon to fix this thread.
This is not a training problem. This is just plain murder.
Amen. Every story I read about LEOs convinces me that there is something seriously wrong in who police departments hire for these jobs. I really would like to read some reports on the psychological make-up of the cops. It would make for interesting reading.
>>And they kept telling him, Hes resisting, quit resisting, and he wasnt resisting. <<
That seems to be the magic “get-away-with-anything phrase” cops use to cover for their abuse nowadays.
That way, if it goes to court, witnesses will be forced to say “the officer kept telling him to quit resisting.”
Whether there was any actual resistance or not.
