A couple of decades ago any available civilian would have taken care of the situation, today our “Professionals” wait for permission to do their jobs.
The more the average citizen is neutered, the bolder the nuts become, and the higher the body count.
It’s very hard to defend against an island kid camp and a bomb attack.
Say what you will, but this guy planned a well executed attack. I still find it hard to believe he got off the car attack and then the island attack alone.
But it’s possible that he did. If someone has some brains, a body count like this is possible.
