An arrest warrant has been issued for the manager of a Marietta McDonald's after she punched a mother of two autistic boys in the face, Marietta police said.
It happened at the McDonald's on Bells Ferry Road, police said.
The manager, Tiffany Denise Allen, told the woman that the twin boys’ service dog, Barkley, wasn't allowed inside, police said. Allen was off duty.
The law, however, states that the dog is allowed inside.
The boys’ mother, Jennifer Schwenker, said the incident took place on July 12 when she took the boys to the McDonald's to have lunch.
Channel 2’s Diana Davis got her hands on a surveillance tape showing one of the twins and Barkley enjoying the restaurant’s play area.

Or maybe she was not the type to turn of her position as manager just because she was off of the clock. Not everything is about race and playing the race card and having a drink splashed on you can be angering.

Sadly, your food will always have hair, human and animal, as well as insect parts, rodent feces, and all the other bits of the natural world that surrounds you. Total purity is humanly impossible, we just use reasonable precautions to minimize contamination. The more fastidious of us like to fantacize that we never ingest anything nasty.
You are right. Sometimes we (myself included) are way too quick to make judgments based on race. I read this sentence and my BS meter goes off. Read between the lines and maybe what happened is this mother threw a drink at the manager because she was pissed off and the manager overreacted and punched her.

I can answer for myself.I could qualify for a service dog because they can detect low blood sugar and seizures before they happen so that I can avoid them happening and not be in a place where I’d be in danger if I passed out.
Federal law makes it a crime to deny access for service animals.
I’ve already clarified where I stand on service dogs. If your blind or physically in need of one. By all means bring it in.
However, you have no “right” to bring a dog in to a McDonald’s ;)
Maybe the blind person could drive up to the window.

And, before you say "The person is blind."...the service dog could drive...probably better than most people.
But, federal law does allow managers to question the specific purpose that the dog is serving.
Before I read the article or watched the video I knew that Tiffany was a black chick. That’s all I ever see on security cameras anymore are blacks assaulting people.
Most people have dogs. Most dogs shed, ergo most people already have dog hair on them. A service dog that shows up once in a blue moon isn’t going to make a noticeable difference in the amount of dog hair in your chow. Besides, it’s free roughage.
