“Democrats are willing to do whatever is necessary to raise the debt ceiling, so we can spend more of someone else’s money.”
There, fixed it.
Please Iowa, I beg of you, throw this fool out of office.
How the heck do you pay a debt by getting more credit cards? This guy must be on crack.
I am certain he was referring to Obama and his little fascist Czars as the cult fringe that is wrecking everything. He mispoke when he blamed the Americans.
Was Harkin wearing a crack pot on his head when he said this or was it a basket case?
GoPM: Communist tyrant politicians trying to crash the economy through radical spending.
He thinks all Republicans will vote for it but not even 1 Democrat will vote for it.
Says "Gang of Six" is at best 1 to 1, cut to tax hike according to the handout he was given.
Harkin is an old-line communist sympathizer, starting with his Con Son Island fraud, his Vietnam Vet status fraud, and his help for the marxist dictatorship in Nicaragua during the 1980’s.
If there is a “fringe” and “cult” around, it is the marxist one that he belongs to. His records tells the truth. His mouth tells lies and spouts disinformation.
As you said MissesBush, “Comrade Tom” is “obsessed”. I call it mentally ill. He needs a straightjacket ASAP.
He sounds like a retard person on drugs...out in front of WalMart.
“”Which, mostly was racked up by a Republican House, a Republican Senate and a Republican President in the last 8 years.””
Well Tom, I will accept the part about the Republican President, but if memory serves, the Democrats were in charge of the House after the elections in 2006 until the election in 2010, and in the SENATE, Senator...the Democrats took over in 2006 as well, and STILL ARE IN CHARGE!!
Good Lord,
please,
give us strength.
Tatt
When will the good people of Iowa retire this communist slug?
Harkin unto my voice Tom.
STFU!
The only remedy for this type of malaise-in-office is to elect two conservative senators from some place unexpected (like two blue states) to neutralize his votes.
Sounds disheartening, but there's nothing else anyone can do with entrenched, beltway, elite members of the U.S. House of Lords who have 6 years to wreak their havoc.
Leni
Isn’t Harkin about 110 yrs old now? How is he able to do anything other than mumble and soil his diaper?
Better a cult-fringe of fiscal responsibility, patrotism, and social conservativism, then YOUR cult frings of Communism, death-worship, and embrace of our bitterest enemies.
"Democrats are willing to do whatever is necessary to raise the debt ceiling, not for future borrowing but to pay the debts that we racked up in the past. Which, mostly was racked up by a Republican House, a Republican Senate and a Republican President in the last 8 years. Yet, they're not willing to pay the bills," Harkin said.
Looks like Harkin Democrated the truth again. (I now use the word Democrat, as a verb. Ex: "Clinton Democrated about Lewinsky.")
