Wife and I joined approximately 150+- conservatives in the 7:00 showing of The Undefeated at the AMC Theatres in Orange, CA at The Block.
Movie was well received by all in attendance with many, many ovations culminating with a standing ovation and even some in tears because of the positive American message that was presented.
The movie was simply awesome!
It provided much more background on Sarah's executive experience with a strong emphasis on her limited government approach to government in general.
It covered her come from behind elections for both her campaigns for Mayor and Governor, as well as, her time on the Oil and Gas Commission of Alaska.
The movie also makes a great case as to why the GOP establishment fears her.
And finally, the movie really shows why those of us who have supported her really respect, for her sincerity. This came shining through.
An added bonus was Andrew Brietbart and Mark Levin simply excoriating the GOP Elite and leadership, particularly Brietbart calls them for what they are Eunuchs.
If anyone, with even an ounce of sincerity and a conservative bent can come out of this movie without either an enhanced positive opinion of her or a changed opinion from negative to positive, then that person is probably not sincerely a conservative.
Those of you who are naysayers of Palin or her supporters, do yourself a favor and go see the movie with an open mind, it will change you.
Those of you who think this movie will do nothing to further Governor Palin's popularity or acceptance by the mainstream, will probably change your opinion if you are brave enough and objective enough to go see the movie.
There was an Afterburner, organized by Organized4Palin, at the El Torito in the Mall parking lot. 40+ people showed up, including Tammy Bruce. Apparently there were similiar Afterburners after earlier showings as well.
The movie will play both Saturday and Sunday at this theatre and then I believe they are going to try and extend the run based on theatre attendance, which by the way, on a per-screen basis was only second to Harry Potter.
Rondog, EveningStar, and several other Freepers(whose names I have forgotten given my poor memory) were in attendance at the Movie and the Afterburner.
Anyone managing Governor Palin ping lists, please ping em’
Thanks for the report
BTW, only the first two rows were empty, pretty much a full house of excited conservatives!
Looking forward to having it show in the Socialist Republic of Illinois...
I will post MORE on this thread soon!It was good to meet you and your lovely wife IN PERSON!
Andrew Breitbart Reports That The Undefeated Has the Best Per Screen Average
for All Movies Shown at AMC Theaters Except for Harry Potter
Posted on July 15 2011 - 10:42 PM - Posted by: Ian LazaranIn case you are wondering why the mainstream media isnt reporting on the attendance for The Undefeated, heres your answer:
#TheUndefeated #2 (out of 30) behind HarryPotter per screen AVG according to 5 oclock read/AMC.
As soon as Obama fixes the economy and I can get a job .. I want to go see it! 8)
We need to get the independents to see this film.
I'd like to see the looks on the faces of the lame stream media who have excoriated her over the years.
Rondog, EveningStar, and several other Freepers(whose names I have forgotten given my poor memory) were in attendance at the Movie and the Afterburner.I understand!
There was a BIG CROWD at the "after party" -- including MANY "not yet FReepers..."
...and quite a few Organize4Palin folks from all over the state......but I saw at least THESE FReepers @ El Torito:

KEYWORDS: orangecounty; palin; palinvanity; sarahpalin; theundecided; theundefeated; vanityFWIW, to the newbie who added the "vanity" keywords to this thread:
1 - You don't get much more NON-vanity than an L.A. Chapter FReep "after action" report,
2 - I asked SoConPubbie to post this thread,
3 - Supporting this powerful new movie about Governor Palin's accomplishments in Alaska
is in COMPLETE alignment with the core values of this forum,
4 - The Moderators here can tell EXACTLY who posts which keywords on a thread,
5 - Governor Palin will soon be PRESIDENT Palin -- so get used to it, and MOST importantly,
6 - The BIG DOG around here likes this Mama Grizzly -- so BACK OFF.
Here endth the lesson. ;)
Wife and I joined approximately 150+- conservatives in the 7:00 showing of The Undefeated at the AMC Theatres in Orange, CA at The Block.I was at both the 4 pm and the 7 pm shows...
...and there MIGHT have been a few empty seats at the very front -- in the "neck straining" section......but the "official" capacity of that theater is 314...
...and there were pretty close to that number of people in attendance at both shows.
There was an Afterburner, organized by Organized4Palin, at the El Torito in the Mall parking lot.I don't want to get the nice folks at the El Torito in trouble with the Fire Marshal...40+ people showed up, including Tammy Bruce.
...but let's just say that YOUR estimate of the crowd size at our "after party" was MUCH LOWER than mine. ;)
That would be THIS "chick with a gun and a microphone" FReeper favorite...From a cell phone picture, here is Tammy Bruce signing one of the half dozen of her books that she graciously gave away as raffle prizes at this event:
We expect MUCH BETTER photos from the "after party" -- soon.
“the more someone complains about the homos the more we should look under their bed” - that her? makes one think of Marcus.
I will post some of the "not yet FReepers" and "Organize4Palin" (aka "O4P") folks -- soon!Let's start with THIS GUY, California state O4P co-ordinator, Thomas S. Schmitz:
GREAT PARTY, Thomas!
someone shoulda videoed the crowd and whatnot, for youtube.
Was this an official Freep of sorts, or exactly. I’m 100% for that. I’d like Free Republic to help Palin. I like seeing Free Republic do stuff IRL. It used to happen more often. It’s good to see.
