Caught Reuters in bias trickery. Opening paragraph reads:
"WASHINGTON (Reuters) John Boehner, the top Republican in Congress, told White House talks on Sunday that budget cuts must exceed the amount by which the debt ceiling is raised and said any deal must include tax hikes."
Then...in the story it reads properly...
... Boehner told Sunday's session that Republicans consider as "fundamental principles" that spending cuts should exceed the amount they will agree raise the debt ceiling, and that any deal will restrain future spending and include "no tax hikes."
See how they do that?

Looks like a typo to me (leaving out the word “not” in the first paragraph).
typo? that sounds naive to me.
Looks like they corrected it.
It says, “exclude” when I go to the link.
Must have been a typo.
Which is not to say, of course, that they aren’t biased. ;-)
They are fast...they changed it already
Didnt Reuters doctor photos from Israel?
In fact, yahoo news pulled the shortcut to the link from its Droid articles and replaced it with a similar story..

And when the sheep read it they say things like I’ll never give another dime to the GOP or Boehner is a RINO. Consider he sources people.
Catching bias at Reuters is about like seeing a robin in the yard.
They don't use cameras, everything comes from Photoshop. "
Reuters should have stuck with carrier pigeons.
