That’s a common trick used by these clowns - propose some change over the course of decades to make it look more significant than it really is.
The “cuts” are probably in the out years when a future congress will not vote them in.
Also, any cuts to medicare care will be in payments to providers, not in benefits. Of course, finding a provider under medicare for what will be the approved payment of $15 will be impossible.
