That is sick and creepy. I'm beginning to think that we'd all be better off if this woman had been declared incompetant and lock up in a mental hospital.

Simple, I do not know. It was not proven. Case closed. Fool.

Translation: You don't care.

You don't have to prove 100% in a criminal case. For someone haranguing fellow FReepers about the Constitution, you sure seem to have some ignorance of legal matters of your own.

Perhaps so. I do agree that people that get away with this level of crime, do tend to get in trouble again.

I think Anthony’s parents will change their names and move. The way they left the court room after the verdict was read, they were visibly disgusted.

I do think the prosecution could have presented a better case, and I do know that both sides suppressed evidence (which is common actually), however I also believe that she is guilty based upon what was presented and think the jury did a lousy job and the verdict is a miscarriage of justice.

The question before a jury isn’t, “what was the cause of death?”

There was enough evidence that somebody killed Caylee. There was enough evidence that that somebody had to be Casey. A scientific determination of the exact means of death is not a required component.

Another humiliation for the American judicial system, and society as a whole. How many millions of taxpayer dollars were spent trying to convince 12 idiots of something so obvious. If you can take off from work or home duties for months to sit on a case like this, there is something wrong with you in the first place.

You should need to pay a poll tax before you vote, and pass an IQ test before sitting on a jury.

I predict some of your “Hero” TV Lawyers will be hauled up on charges before their respective Bar Associations. As usual around here...watch and learn.

Shaking my head....Wendy Murphy must have some foil left in her head from that bad color job. Or maybe not. This entire case is bizarre.

“..A “Zenaida Gonzales” reported her laptop stolen in early June. ...”
I had not heard about a stolen laptop.

She definitely wouldn’t be welcomed here

Unfortunately, she won’t have to come to your town, until she making millions promoting her movie, book deal and appearance money. She will rake in millions never having to work again.

Thanks to the morons on the jury. They were to afraid to show their faces.

No error. Unless she gets an interview with Oprah; she will never admit it. sarc/ Unfortunately, she will be able to capitalize on it.

What goes around comes around.

..Cindy will now do a book..and all the other “stuff” and never want again.

Yep. And I am predicting divorce court for Cindy and George over this as well.

Meanwhile, the child is still dead and the mother free to go out and party.

Though you are getting lots of grief, I am in your camp.

She could admit she did it now, and there wouldn’t be much they could do about it. That’s my take on i

She could be charged with inproper disposal of a body, but thats about it.

They were anything but disgusted. THIS is what Cindy has been working for the last 3 years...by obstructing justice, committing perjury, lying her butt off. Getting her darling daughter off for the murder of her granddaughter now known to Cindy as “what’s her name.”
