Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
Turned off the news just a few minutes after watching the verdict on FoxNews. Heraldo was explaining that he didn’t agree with the jury, with all the glee of a ten year old that found out he ‘made the team’.
Par for the course.

the vote has to be unanimous to convict.
I really feel like she libeled her father to save her own sorry butt! She libeled her brother as well because she accused him of sexually abusing her as well.
I simply cannot believe that the only charge that they could find her guilty for was providing false information. So basically, she was guilty of lying. Wow, I mean just wow!
She did admit that the kid drowned in the pool right(I don’t really believe this scenario). Was that not during her supervision. That isn’t child abuse or neglect? Her defense did admit to that, no?

Something went very wrong the day Caylee died.
For Caylee to have been missing for as long as she was before even her grandmother reported reveals a very weird story.
From what I have read and heard Casey and her mother had seen each other more than once after the child’s death and prior to the grandmother reporting it.
Do I think that Casey did it by herself? Not sure but she had a hand in it.
Do I think there is more to it than just Casey? YES
Do I think that just maybe one or more of her parents know more than they are telling? YES.
Just my 2 cents.
So at the very least she should have been convicted of neglect and failing to protect her daughter which I believe was what count # 3 was.For the jury to decide that she didn’t have anything to do with Caylee death was a blatant miscarriage of justice.IMO.
She was out on bail and a condition was that there be no gun in the house. Her dad had a gun when a search warrant was conducted, so back to jail.
I agree with you 100%, jurors are taken from the ranks of the community and the dumbing down of America indirectly produces results like this disaster. (If somebody is stupid enough to think that dirty little slut is innocent, they are also stupid enough to vote for Obama). IMO, what happened to OJ will happen to this slut also, another crime, different circumstances but at that time justice will NOT be denied!

That is really sick! They should be ashamed of themselves. Why don’t they just follow up the celebration by visiting Caylee’s grave and extending the party there!

I’ve been noticing the same and thinking the same. Also Baez’s wife is pregnant and I read on Dr. Lillian Glass’ blog that this made Casey extremely jealous. So maybe she’s now in the business of teaching him a lesson instead of teaching her mother one.

I am really sorry for what happened to you as a child..it is disgusting how the defense took the horrors of sexual abuse and twisted it to work in Casey’s favor. I don’t believe for one second that she was molested as a child..her parents are very strict, but George is NO pedophile..Casey is a sociopath, and now free to walk the streets..little Caylee won’t get justice now, neither did Ron and Nicole, but eventually they did get justice as OJ is exactly where he needs to be, karma got him, not right away but it happened..and it will happen with Casey too..karma WILL bite her in the ass sooner or later

I asked my daughter to pick up bread on her way home. She said the people in the store were livid. Needless to say, I would suggest Casy Anthoney never chose to come to our town. She definitely wouldn't be welcomed here.
The case was bungled by the Police. The State was stuck with it. They overcharged due to Media and political pressure. Even Baez got her off. I am glad someone got to see it without the MSM. To me it looked as if the State was desperate to keep Baez from presenting evidence and the Judge was biased. Burdick might have gotten a conviction on a lesser charge without that idiot Ashton. She seemed to be a fair lawyer but Ashton was an out of control moron. Wonder how long it will take the Ass Clowns at HLN to start blaming him. Nahh they will blame the jury or anything else they can devise in their sick twisted minds.
We may find out that she’s guilty, but she’s evaded a guilty verdict. She could admit she did it now, and there wouldn’t be much they could do about it. That’s my take on it. Perhaps someone can enlighten me to the error of my logic.
Things do have a way of coming out, so we may very well find out the truth. I hope these jurors can sleep well then. I sure wouldn’t be able to.
Last night I read an old entry on Dr. Lillian Glass’ blog. She said the Defense had a jury consultant but the State did not want to use one. She commented that the State would have a lot of problems down the road if they did not use a jury consultant. Guess she was right.
Casey better not move to Los Angeles either. We have enough whack jobs in my state we don’t need any more. I just heard how Jeff Ashton is retiring..really sad, he’s a great lawyer and so is Linda, it’s not their fault..they put on a great case, it just took 12 idiots to not give a damn
