The administration said the court should delay the planned July 7 execution of Humberto Leal for up to six months to give Congress time to consider legislation that would directly affect Leal's case. What the **** are the ***holes in Congress going to do? Make it legal for Mexican nationals to rape and murder 16 year old AMERICAN girls? I wouldn't put it past that bunch of lowlifes.

Let me get this straight. The 0bama admin says that checking the immigration status of arrested perps violates their rights. And not informing immigrants of certain things is bad too.
So just how the hell are the police to know if the perp is an immigrant, so they can inform of his special rights, if they can't check to see if he is an immigrant in the first place.
