Let me get this straight. The 0bama admin says that checking the immigration status of arrested perps violates their rights. And not informing immigrants of certain things is bad too.

So just how the hell are the police to know if the perp is an immigrant, so they can inform of his special rights, if they can't check to see if he is an immigrant in the first place.

I believe I read earlier today on another thread that the case went to the Supreme Court in 2004 and the SCOTUS ruled in favor of TEXAS!
