I found myself wondering – not for the first time – why it is that liberal-lefties manage to be so utterly wrong about everything...
But that was before I saw this video.
It features Chris Matthews, one of America’s most popular liberal talk show hosts, talking to a liberal journalist from liberal blogsite Salon called Joan Walsh and another liberal journalist from liberal Rolling Stone magazine on the liberal politics programme Hardball. And guess what these liberals believe the problem with Climate Change is? Go on: think of the most stupid, reality-denying, fact-ignoring, evidence-torturing tosh anyone involved in the media could possibly have to say on the subject. (H/T Climate Depot) Yes, that’s right.
...I totally agree with Chris Matthews. So let’s examine a few of the claims which he and his two guest liberal echo chambers made on Hardball.
1. The media under-reports climate change. Oh yes. That will explain, for example, the recent widely reported story Decline Of Oceans Worse Than Previously Thought – given unquestioning coverage everywhere from the Sydney Morning Herald, the New York Times and Time magazine to the BBC. Yet as research from Ben Pile at Climate Resistance shows, most of these experts offering their supposed expert views on the imminence of pelagic climate doom were in fact just an ad hoc group of activists from heavily politicised organisations like Greenpeace and Pew Environment Group. Such is the state of Environmental reporting around the world these days: it consists of little more than lovingly transcribed press releases from hardcore ecoloon pressure groups.

Here and there I frequent political message boards where both conservatives and liberals mix it up quite a bit. The things they say, sometimes I cant tell whether theyre lying or just actually believe the nonsense they spew.
Al Gore is an evil, evil man. Chris Matthews is puppet; a vapid, redundant, moronic puppet. That is all.
On any planet. Yep dumber than dirt. Even Mars dirt.
If you live outside of reality you may be a liberal.
Something is going on with the climate, but how much is solar, how much is human-caused, how much is random?

We all know most liberals are idiots, that’s a given. With Climate Change and Global Warming it’s their attempt to feel they have more control over what goes on here on Earth than God or Mother Nature. Those of us with sense know that will never happen.
When science became overtly politicized, I found it difficult to believe any scientific fact reported. I don’t even believe the idea that something is going on, scientifically.

We mustn’t have even-handedness in the media. After all, there is an agenda to push.
Now that's pretty funny. Since Matthews ratings are at the bottom of the barrel, what does that say about the rest of the liberal talk show hosts?

The climate has always been changing, and we're still trying to understand what drives the changes. As yet, there has been no evidence that human activity affects how the climate changes.
My attempt at defining the Loony Left Hiearchy:
At the TOP - Crazed, One-Worlder Money-Men who only view Leftism as the means to their end, which is domination.
2nd - Narcissistic, crazed political leaders that crave attention, power and influence. Their fatal flaws are always revealed in the end, but the damage is already done.
3rd In Line - Stupid but powerful “leaders” of industry and other influencial entities that truly believe they are elite in mind, body and soul. They can’t help but lie even when the truth isn’t as damning as the lie!
4th - Your mid-level Unionista, Community Organizer, political-guerilla and professional racebaiting antagonist who KNOWS the leftist meme is a game and delights in the subversive destruction he causes. Frequently the planner of propaganda actions as well as starting and directing the early political careers of know-nothing, do-nothing empty suits bent on destroying America.
5th - The USEFUL IDIOT. These are the people who are killing America. Some were simply rasied on bean sprouts by baby-boomer hippies, but most are just hopelessly indoctrinated with leftist propaganda thanks to the democrat run media complex and the cultural shift towards the now ultimate virtue...political correctness.
If we have global warming it is because the fires of hell are being stoked for the end times.
I really believe that Americans, and to a somewhat lesser extent the whole world, is losing the skill of separating reality from fiction.
Modern electronic media, and its ability to synthetize realistic moving images of false things — starships, crashing tital waves, elves — has broken down the brain’s basic ability to recognize instantly what is real, and what is not.
On a political level, this means that entire populations can be manipulated more easily than before.
Convincing people that because burning fuel heats the environment, it will heat it catastrophically, is a fairly easy “sell.”
I also believe that, by offering a small amount of money, one could convince 30% of Americans to assert publicly and probably swear in writing that snow is black.
