Juneau, Alaska (CNN) -- Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin moved quickly to link a key figure in a corruption scandal that rocked the state's political establishment to her defeated predecessor, newly released documents show.
"FYI -- I've asked Frank Bailey to help me track down soem [sic] evidence of past administration's dealing with Bill Allen," Palin wrote on May 8, 2007, a day after Allen pleaded guilty to bribery, extortion and conspiracy.
The document is one of the roughly 24,000 pages of records from Palin's administration released by Alaska state officials on Friday.

Exactly the headline is a lie. All folks read are headlines. We have to help counter. Everyone use all vehicles you have in your possession. Facebook Wall, email contacts, letters and phone calls to all medias. We must step up and fight. All of us must participate. Lets Roll
Better practice the following line for use over the next few days: “Really? Is that what the email said or is that what someone who hates her told you that the email said?” This is nothing more than a supercharged rumor mill - it might be effective a year from now but at the moment it’s simply pathetic.
Exactly! They will design the headline to sound horrible but the content of the article will be nothing. Just like this article from CNN,
Good for Palin...Murkowski could’ve been in it up to his eyeballs with the others.
I’m loving this. It is a good thing for the citizens of Alaska to be reminded that Dems and crooked Pubbies set out to destroy a damned good governor.
Junk news.
We have a system of vetting potential elected officials, Government appointee's and judges. Yet, one of the most powerful entities goes completely unvetted. Why don't we subject the individuals who comprise the media to a vetting process? Seems to me we should know everything about these defenders of truth, particularly since they now hold such an important role in our society.
Love how CNN words that. Trying to make it sound as if she was trying to frame an innocent man.
The media is angry with Sarah because shes a feminists dream, but shes conservative.
Sarah schooled them and embarrassed them in the Paul Revere thing (which resembles the way Christine ODonnell was smeared and lied about over the First Amendment) and Politico just flat-out lied about Sarah and got caught at it, so now its payback time.
“Palin is so dumb she can’t even spell some.”
We are going to wind up with people voting for Sarah (if she runs) just to stick it to the media...they are all bottom-feeding bastards.
They'll find stuff where she's directing someone to check in the records to find out some FACT about someone and they'll call that "prying into private records" or something.
Do news agencies typically file Freedom of Information requests for all candidates and their VPs?
Of course not. They do so only for those candidates/politicos who are conservative and pose a threat to the reelection chances of one Marxist in Chief.
