Chicago police say they have three people in custody after the latest mob-style attack on Chicago's Near North Side.
At least two people were robbed by a group of people Tuesday night.
Several residents and employees were on edge Wednesday, afraid the group attacks are becoming the norm.
A pack of a dozen police officers patrolled the crime scene area Wednesday morning. They said it was business as usual. However, those who live and work in the area said they wanted more protection.

The political officers in charge of Chicago can accept several dozen innocent citizens being killed. Their deaths are explainable, and even the blame can be shifted elsewhere. Their deaths even provide an opportunity for politicians to pose as crime fighting heroes with a bunch of tough talk. There's just no downside to deaths of citizens if you have a competent political spin machine. At worst, all that's required will be to apologize to a bunch of liberals who voted for you anyway and will continue to do so. What else can they do?
What the big city politicians can't risk is any of these violent flash mob thugs picking the wrong target and getting a stomach full of lead: Nobody at the city leadership level needs a new anti-hero like Bernie Goetz, heightened hostility from the urban criminals, and a bunch of inner city ministers denouncing violence using that annoying preacher schtick, not to mention wailing mommas lamenting the deaths of their babies. The national scrutiny of big cities by a divided American public and weeks upon weeks of a vigilante's trial will be too damaging and capture all the news cycles: Nancy Grace, Joy Behar, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, Hannity, MSNBC, FOX News... Oh, HELL no. Please, anything but our fair city being turned into America's next pop culture public spectacle.
It's so much easier to just let the innocent citizens get killed, pretend to be mortified over it, and then it's all forgotten a week later. There's really no newspapers to rake any politician over the coals anymore, and what left wing journalists remain will just blame the NRA anyway even if the innocent victims are stabbed with a kitchen knife. In fact, you can even call the last fleeing taxpayers a bunch of racists for moving out of the city to escape the violence.
It's going to be a long hot summer, starting yesterday.

There's got to be some secret formula that political advisers use to tell their employer that he/she needs to get face-time with the media in response to a given crime or public outrage: It's probably all based on flash poll trending, the nature of the case (Dead child or cop involved? Add +1 point. Celebrity involved? Add +3 points. Black preacher organizing a protest march? Add +10 points, etc.), what political hay an opponent could make against the incumbent, divided by available civic funding, multiplied by how many months there is to go before re-election or if the politician is a candidate for higher office.
The final result either instructs the politician to 'lay low' or 'get out in front of this' and declare how chagrined and outraged they are to the media, "we will not rest a single moment until the offenders are brought to justice (now let's get a bite of lunch over at DelMonico's)", and so on.

Very recently Zero hired/appointed some new czar or overseer of “Progressive” media (the official title escapes me but the word “Progressive” was in it), using “social media”, blogs, websites to get “Obama’s message out”.
This is on our dime.
I have no doubt whatsoever that what we’re seeing is part of the planned action, and WE’RE PAYING FOR IT!
The biggest thing they have to look forward to in life is not a family, or happy children, or a nice home. They think all of those things are unattainable. They think the government gives those things to white people, and doesn't give those things to them, because the government is run by a bunch of racists.
The biggest thing they have to look forward to in life is seeing some random white person beaten, or killed, or tortured and then killed. This is what they look forward to. When this happens, they feel that the scales have been balanced just a bit.
We have Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Reverend White, Father Pfluger, Louis Farrakhan, and countless others of their ilk to thank for this situation.
The morass of the palestinian population in and around Israel is a similar phenomenon. The only joy the get out of life is killing Jews, or seeing Jews get murdered. The more innocent the victim, the better, and the more brutal the circumstances of the killing, the better. Their kill-lust far outweighs their love for their own children, or for their husbands and wives, in its meaningfulness to them. Their leaders have succeeded in separating them from their humanity and turning them into living weapons of war.
Its a new ethnic group called “youths”.

It seems the police could follow these animals on their “flash mob” organization tool and be there when they arrive.
I wonder how the community could fight them off in going to the aid of a victim.
The only thing I can think of is neighbors picking them off with a gun (which is probably illegal in Chicago) at a distance. It would take the fun out of the race bullying, aka, “flash mob” real quick. The police and Mayor would get real serious in beating them back then.

1) Someone in the “community” is “organizing” these thugs.
2) Confiscate their cell phones if they are caught and check their text and voice messages.
3) Pass a law that carries a mandatory jail sentence if a cell phone is used to coordinate these acts.
4) For the store “mob” robberies, equip the exit doors with a dye that doesn’t come off for days, no matter how hard they scrub. The kind banks use.
Make it White dye as that would be ironic and spray them with it as they leave, marking them and also ruining any clothing or other items they’ve stolen.
5) Ban these thugs from retail stores for a period of several years if convicted.
6) Before they change their tactics to home invasions, buy yourself a home-defense weapon if you don’t have one.
