Bachmann was to suppose to be at least not in the camp of the establishment; she is now, with this hire and so far no public remark admonishing Rollins yet. The same people that might support MB loves or at least greatly respect Sarah, this is a foolish stragedty

Exactly. But this was stupid because Palin is not even a candidate and it's not 100% certain she will be. Will be interesting to see what other campaigns do. Tim Pawlenty is the only one who has come close saying last week we need to stop talking about bus tours. I'm sure he's not happy because he's trying to get his name out there and all the oxygen is being sucked up by Palin's 'not a campaign' bus tour.
I’m not defending Rollins. I thought what he did was boneheaded. But I don’t trust Politico’s motives either. They hate Palin as much as they hate Bachmann. Same with the Daily Caller which first reported on this yesterday.
Who’s fault is that? If Tim had any charisma to overcome his low name recognition, he will be doing very well but as it’s stands he doesn’t but your gal is blowing this up and you still try to defend her when she needs to get rid of Rollins because no matter what she says apologetic to Sarah, if she keeps him, a group of people who may support MB will not in the future

Hiring Rollins is pretty strong evidence that MB is not ready to make executive decisions. Her first executive decision was probably the worst decision of her soon to be over political career.
The only way she can save it will be to fire Rollins today and apologize to Palin. Now is the time to make a tough and decisive executive decision.
If Bachmann is a Freeper, then the comments on these threads should scare her to death. She is just about to lose her entire base and Rollins is no friend of hers.

As far as 'my gal' blowing up, most news outlets aren't even reporting on her or this story. The only people who even know (or care) about it are political junkies. I'm sure the average joe out there could give a sh*t less what some aide said about Sarah Palin.
Thank you. Don’t let Politico (or any other MSM) try to make this out to be a catfight. I want a Tea Party minded erson for the candidate. Michelle Bachman suits me just fine. Not Mitt, not Newt, not Santorum. Maybe they can work their way on to the ticket. ..but I want OUR voices in there. Michelle and Herman Cain would suit me just fine.

She’s mistaken for hiring Rollins. It’s almost a sick joke it’s so mistaken. However, there are no facts in evidence to tie this to your belief that she does this to become Romney’s vp. There’s plenty, plenty of common sense reasoning against it.
If the goal is to hurt Sarah to Romney’s advantage...the exact opposite is what happens. This hurts Michele, not Sarah. So it helps Romney in what way, that Rollins targets Sarah on behalf of Michele, which succeeds only - and completely predictably - in bolstering Sarah? Even people who don’t support Sarah but support someone else, are offended by this.
From an issues standpoint it makes zero sense. Romney endorses global warning, Romneycare etc. These are what Michele fights against in Congress. She is tea party to the core. Romney is anti tea party to the core. She knows that, because it is impossible not to know that.
This is so boneheaded...if Michele allows this to stand, then I will say she is politically ignorant and tone deaf. She survives in her district but knows nothing at all - and is loaded with misconceptions - about a national race.

Precisely. If Bachmann doesn’t recognize this type of support isn’t going to give her the following she deserves, and immediately fires him, then she will loose the primary.

The fact MB has NOT refuted Rollins’ comments speaks volumes of her intentions. And we are now in the second day.
MB remains the official stalking horse for myth romney and she has sold her soul to be his VP nominee to capture the conservative vote.
