Congressman Anthony Weiner today sensationally admitted he had exchanged a series of photos and messages of an explicit nature with at least six women. In a shocking confession, the shamed politician was close to tears as he broke down and told reporters he had lied about sending explicit pictures in a bid to protect his wife and family. But despite the humiliating apology, the Congressman repeatedly refused to resign. In an extraordinary press conference in Manhattan this afternoon, Mr Weiner said: 'I have made terrible mistakes that have hurt some of the people I care about most.

I am NOT convinced that Weiner has told the truth YET. He has already lied. Why should we believe that he did not have physical encounters with one or more of these women? Why should we believe any of them were of age at the time? For those who believe he has finally come clean— why do you believe it?
And time has not improved the looks. Mom and Dad had to be so ashamed to take him out in public. JMO
Shocking that he confessed? Or that he blindsided his family so publicly? Close to tears? Crocodile alert. He ought to have thought about protecting his family (he's only trying to protect himself even now) before he whipped out his cell and started sexting. Now he wants us to pity him for the sake of his family - pity them we do but not because of his theatrics today.
And there it is. His actual message, his true feelings. He's like the crying child who stops and peeks through (fake) tears to make sure you're watching and empathizing.
That's because to them it will always be someone else fault. We saw that with Weiner today...he barely paid lip service to an apology before he was off and running, bending the ear of the press in a diatribe that would have won an Oscar in Hollywood for how to keep the media engaged with a blubbering fool.

But yes, any man telling a gal he's quote.. “stalking her”.. has more to hide than communication. Also he seemed to have a sick enjoyment out of believing he is still in control. Which is what his weak apology was all about. His wifey no doubt will stand by her man...for the time being. But once all the laundry is out there she'll be suing for divorce. She'd do best doing that ASAP...later he won't have a job!
On top of everything else, it blows my mind how infantile it is to be turned on by all this stuff. The cybersex. The phonesex. How dreary. How sleazy. How creepy. How BORING.
What a low, low, low IQ this guy has.
I mean, at least Spitzer went for some FLESH... not that I’m defending sleazy adultery and the extreme weakness of character that he represented (and the lies and the shafting of public and private trust)... but at least I can sort of see the attraction.
But phonesex. Cybersex. What PEA BRAIN is going to be entertained by THAT???

The left can’t see truth of any kind if it were looking them in the face. They see only what they want to see. Weiner right now is family to them...until they are done using him and then they’ll mop the floor with him.
The danger of things like Weiner is their vulnerability to manipulation, blackmail, and treachery. These are things the democrat criminal enterprise rely upon for their agenda to be fullfilled. THAT is the reality being missed in this sordid sludge. mister Huma is a danger to the Republic, but the democrats don’t care so long as he pledges to vote with them. The enemy of our Republic is within, they are the democrats!
