George Will: Everyone Knows Sarah Palin Should Not Be Trusted With Nuclear Weapons

With Sarah Palin fever sweeping across the media again, persistent Palin critic and conservative commentator George Will clearly was not excited by the speculation surrounding her potential run for President. Donna Brazile, Jonathan Karl and Ed Gillespie joined in on the conversation, yet Will had the most pointed remarks regarding how Palin is a “genius at manipulating” the infinite media attention she receives.

Christiane Amanpour began the segment commenting “no one steals a show like Sarah Palin,” and while Will admits she will have a huge impact on the nomination process if she does decide to run, he still dismisses the idea that she has even the slightest chance of winning. Will suggests Palin’s problem:

“The threshold question, not usually asked, but it’s in everyone’s mind in a presidential election. ‘Should we give this person nuclear weapons?’ And the answer [in Palin's case], answers itself.”

Same here, but we have outgrown our leaders / mentors, the Net, Talk-Radio and the "Tea Parties" These things give us the voice to our thoughts not them, and we don't have to got through them anyomre and that I think they can't stand it. They are not Mr or Mrs Smarty-pants anymore. In most cases we have more common sense than all of them put together, and that is why the hate Sarah, she has Common Sense by the bucket full and will throw them all out like she did the nar-do-wells in the Alaskan Energy arena, and some of them went to da-bigga-house.

George Will is one record in 1980 as saying Howard Baker was the only choice who could beat Carter, and had a host of unkind words about Reagan too. This time he says only Daniels or Romney are the choices for the nominee. One’s already gone; and the other one couldn’t even get the nomination away from McCain last time despite the huge money machine advantage Romney had. And the Will championing of Romney lets us know what a moron Will is. If he can’t understand, after the passage of ObamaCare, that Romney has his own doomed albatross called RomneyCare around his neck which he’s already double-talking on, then none of us ever has to read another one of his columns again. Whatever he gets paid, it’s too much.

You hit the nail on the head. I'm not a particularly big Palin supporter, but I give her complete credit for driving liberals insane and for revealing who are the get-along/go-along RINOs who want to suck up to the liberal establishment.
