NEW YORK – Newly unearthed information about Hawaii's procedure for numbering birth records at the time Barack Obama was born casts further doubt on the authenticity of the short-form and long-form birth certificates published online with the president's authority.
Details about the registration procedure are significant, because some analysts have wondered how Obama could have been issued a registration number that is higher than the numbers of the published birth certificates of Susan and Gretchen Nordyke, which were registered three days later than the president's. But a 1955 article by Charles Bennett, Hawaii's registrar general in 1961, and George Tokuyama, chief of the registration and records section for the state's Department of Health, stated birth certificates were numbered immediately upon acceptance by the registrar-general.
When the local registrar was satisfied the birth certificate was complete, the registrar-general filed it by placing the filing date on the birth certificate and assigning it a number.
The date was recorded by an ink stamp that manually adjusted the date in the format month-day-year.
The certificate number appears to be applied with a Bates numbering stamp that advanced automatically by one number each time the stamp was used.
Bennett's and Tokuyama's description of this procedure shows that birth certificates were numbered upon acceptance by the registrar-general, and there was no provision that would allow an accepted birth certificate to be put in a pile for three days before a number was stamped on it.

why you ask?
because 0bama has never OFFICIALLY SUBMITTED the birth certificate to any governmental office. that would be fraud. a jpeg on a website is nothing.
of course, he has used a ssno on his tax returns that is not his. THAT is fraud... and still, no charges filed.
moral of the story: if you’re a democrat official high enough in the party, the law will not be applied to you.

Eleanor Nordyke told WND she thinks her twins got lower numbers because she went into the hospital Aug. 4, 1961, and was in labor for 20 hours before she delivered. She speculates that Ann Dunham came in after her and was given a later number, even though Dunham’s baby was born earlier. Nordyke’s twins were not born until the afternoon of the next day.

(1) Constitutionality:
Since the judicial system has failed to rule directly on Obama’s right to run for the office, we are left in dependence upon a ‘consensus.’ At this time, that seems to be that:
“one is a ‘Natural Born Citizen,’if either one of the
birth parents is an American citizen,” period.
Place of birth, citizenship of the father, age of the mother, residence of the mother during her majority and its duration, etc., seem to have all become moot.
In a corollary bit of torturous legal logic, it seems that anyone born in the United States is considered a ‘Natural Born Citizen.’ If the parents are foreigners, whether in this country legally or not, their child is also entitled to their original foreign citizenship. Thus, a ‘dual citizen’ Anchor Baby is also a “Natural Born Citizen.”
Of course, many of us do not agree! However, Fuss, fume, and foam as we may, it appears that this is now how it is. Of course, this ‘consensus’ also explains why Ted Cruz, Bobby Jindal, and Marco Rubio (et al) are apparently considered constitutionally eligible to run for the office of President of the US. It is also why Sheriff Joe wisely NEVER addresses the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility. That fight may, or may not, be over ... except that it IS over for all practical intents and purposes in the near future.
(2) Forgery:
This is the Lesson of Sheriff Joe. Forged documents may have been placed in the federal and state public record. What is on those documents may, or may not be true or false. Not the point. The point is, the crime would be forgery, not ineligibility. The crime of forgery SHOULD be actionable by civil authority because there is strong enough evidence that the documents are fraudulent. However, and is a big however:
This goes a long way toward giving prosecutors and the courts' an excuse for their refusal to deal with Sheriff Joe's evidence.
Although it is easy to conflate one into the other, these two issues are NOT directly related. Of course. at the same time, they are damn well related. Hence the confusion. Hence the chaos. Hence our inability to remove the man from office. Hence our uniquely American ability to "fuggedaboutit" and get on with our lives. If this blessèd Republic were in South America instead of North America, there would have already been blood in the streets of the capital. I pray that the failure of our judiciary and our elected representatives to honestly examine these issues does not lead us to that.

Gretchen Nordyke, the second twin, was born at 2:17 p.m. Aug. 5, 1961, and was given Certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10638, which was also filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.
Yet, according to the Certification of Live Birth released by FactCheck.org during the 2008 presidential campaign – and now according to the long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate the White House released last month – Obama was given a higher certificate number than the Nordyke twins.
Obama was given Certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the Nordyke twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii Department of Health registrar three days earlier, on Aug. 8, 1961.

O-M-G! Jaw is on the floor. That is the most bizarre obit I’ve ever seen. A woman dies (hmm, not another?) and, as always, it’s all about King Meeeeeee! He just had to get one more verification from her even if it’s straight from the casket.
Nordyke died one month before Fuddy did.
Looks like it to me. The 8 is larger at the top than the bottom so is similar. The dashes are similar. The 7 is made at the same angle. The upward angle is similar. The 61 is too similar to be a coincidence.
The SR511, McCain’s vetting, that was originally on Senator Leahy’s website for several years stated plainly the committee (including Obama and Hillary) and Chertoff they all agreed that NBC meant TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS. When it went to the Senate, the discussion of NBC, which was the entire reason for SR511, was not included. They know darned well NBC means TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS and BORN ON US SOIL. Obama agreed to that definition and that is why he was never vetted, period.
Born here to a non-citizen resident = NBC
Born anywhere, one parent US citizen = NBC
If a parental unit is able to confer another foreign citizenship, cool.

Try it without the names and dates. It’s all conjecture, but it works:
A mother gives birth to a child at the Wahiawa Hospital, it dies the next day after being transferred to Kapiolani. The child hasn’t been named, so she’s accompanied by a hospital document that has named her after her father.
This child was born at Wahiawa one day before twins were born at Kapiolani.
The little girl born at Wahiawa dies the day after her birth, and three days later, her death is announced under the name of her father. Her documents relating to both her birth and death are sitting in their relative departments at the HDOH. The death certificate has been recorded and numbered.
But her birth data from Wahiawa is still sitting in the basket, waiting to be recorded.
Death certificates have three days to be recorded.
Birth certificates have seven days before they need to be recorded. (iirc)
On the very day that the death of the child born at Wahiawa is announced in the paper, someone, (the butler) with the help of an employee (the cleaner) removes the birth data for the dead child from the basket containing the dead child’s data, and replaces it with a fake document.
The perps, assuming that the dead child was born at the same hospital that the death certificate states, have created the situation that this fake document is now out of sequence. But they weren’t to know that, and if the mother of twins born the day after the child that died, hadn’t come forward with their birth certificates, none of this would have surfaced.
The Wahiawa data is entered and numbered according to the dates, then the Kapiolani birth data is entered. And amongst the documents is the fake ‘submitted’ on the same day as the death announcement appeared for the dead child.
The fake was entered and numbered and ended up on a list that went to the papers and that created the birth announcement.
The parents of the dead child had not named her, so she’s shown in the name of her father. When the family try to make funeral arrangements and bury her under the name they have now given her, she can’t be buried under that name because her documents show her as her own father.
The HDOH now has to amend her death certificate to show her name and that is done two weeks later. She’s also issued with a birth certificate which is now more than 400 numbers into the future from when she was born.
And she’s finally buried on the 28th of the month following the month of her birth.
Just what it tells us that the ‘dates signed by mother’ were written by the same hand, remains a mystery.
“A nurse or clerk in the hospital fills in the certificate form and gets the mother to sign it. Then the attending physician enters certain medical data and affixes his signature. Finally the hospital sends the completed certificate to the local registrar.”

The date of birth on that death certificate is given as August 4, same as little Barack Hussein Obama. But the funny thing is, there’s no corresponding birth certificate for baby Herbert. Where did it go? And why doesn’t Obama’s mother sign his birth certificate until August 7, three days after her son is born? By then, we were too depressed to dig any deeper.”
